I received 2 containers of protein powder that were crushed in transport. When I got ahold of customer service this morning, the Peterson was friendly and helpful. I went through a simple process if sending photos of the damaged products and it was handled right away.

Received my order in the time it was stated. I personally use the next day air. It costs a bit more but I've never had any issues with that. I am paying to keep my older body up to par so I figure why not throw in a few extra. To me it's worth it. Definitely will order more in the future.

Placed my order, was contacted to inform me that my order was out of stock and was given a couple options, I chose to wait for my order to become available again and so I waited a week or two and got my products as ordered. I have placed several orders from this company. Once the order is placed they do not send you any tracking information. On two separate occasions my orders did not show up. Each time I had to call and was informed that my product was out of stock. I asked them if I would have been informed of this had I not called and they said probably not. They offered no compensation for their poor customer service. Don’t order from here. You can find the same products cheaper on other sites
