The only reason I’m giving any stars is because there was a wonderful kind representative who tried to help and responded with great courtesy. On the other hand the order process— which did arrive and is the correct product — was overall a disaster and I would only order in the future if I have phone contact.

They didn't tell me they were out of the product I purchased, with no idea when or if it would be back in stock. I was waiting for shipping details, wrote to find out, and days later heard it was out of stock.

You make me wait two weeks for my product and you don't notify me until after two weeks you could have told me that I like how you let me switch products but it took you two weeks to get to me

When I ordered product showed in stock. has taken over 5 weeks and still haven't received my first order. Did order a second time and received that order within a week. Price had gone up on second order.

I would give zero stars if I could. Your site did not indicate the product was back ordered. I got no email saying it was back ordered, though I got spam email from you almost every day. You CHARGED me for the product, even though you didn't have it to sell. And it took me initiating contact to find out what the problem was. Then when you offered a substitute via email, when I didn't respond within your timeline you cancelled my order. I hadn't had time to do the research on the offered substitute. So screw you guys. Now I know not to bother with your company ever again. You FAILED!
