I order a Axe 27.5 max load and you guys said it was out of stock. Well i order it on saturday. Monday comes and you guys send me a tracking code. Well tuesday you send me a email that you dont have that bat in stock but would replace it with a 26.5. Well that is not a fix for me cause i have a 26.5 and its to lite. So you refunded me my money. I just feel like you should have know all this on monday and you just sold it to someome else since i got a deal on it under the $219. I really wanted that bat. I have brought a lot of bats from you in the past. When i mean a lot probaly more then 20.

Three Time Wrong shipping Address

Placed an order by mistake and immediately cancelled it. Was charged a processing fee. Was told that they had to charge this because they were getting charged by the bank. The order was never processed for payment so no fee was charged to them.

I bought the top of the line genesis 13” Purcell one piece it is a really hot bat only prob is the paint cracked pretty bad after a week. Bat works and performs amazing just a cosmetic issue, I spoke with the customer service team and they made things right. Great customer service
