It’s the best thing we have come across - no longer defaulting to plain old pizza. I rave about it to work friends and I look forward to having it!

First time trying Pasta Evangelists thanks to another online food shop. Was not sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised when the parcels arrived. The freezer blocks worked well and the cooking instructions could make even a novice look like an Italian nonna in no time. The single portions of the crab, lobster and prawn ravioli were a little small so grateful I went with a double portion. The spinach and ricotta agnolotti with pomodero sauce was rich and flavoursome but two portions in one bag, not helpful.Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The parmesan in the little pot very useful thanks. For a first time try, very impressed. Will return to try new recipes.

I have ordered from here a few times and loved it ! Tonight it came like I ordered from a different restaurant,the pasta wasnt fresh , it was hard and under cooked, my spaghetti was dry and stodgy, both had no sauce, the beef was lumps of gristle and tough. It was inedible, customer service is unhelpful, but luckily delivrroo refunded, now we have to order from somewhere else and wait again,very frustrating and disappointing, I won't be ordering from here again

Fantastic delicious pasta dishes well worth the price

Very bland no matter what sauce you get. Shame because the flavour combos have a lot of potential to be delicious but it’s just unseasoned and underwhelming. Ordered from three different branches in Ldn, Brighton and Bristol and was equally bad even though we tried different things. Pasta is overcooked and mushy, not very pleasant. I don’t usually bother with reviews but this one made me go yikess

We paid £37 for two small pasta dishes, one of which was stone cold upon delivery. These dishes do taste great, but it's just not worth the money. They are not cheap. Won't be ordering again.

The mushroom lasagne was absolutely delicious, and further complemented by the soft focaccia.

Very tasty pasta with lovely sauces - good portions too

Myself and my partner ordered from the Brighton branch and my goodness, it was DELICIOUS!! Each mouthful there was a “mm”, “wow” or “coor”. We both ordered the ragu. 10/10 from us! We are going to have to order the recipe book to recreate! Thankyou :)

They make the best lasagn

Easy to order, and so many lovely dishes to choose from! Quick delivery and nice packaging…and last but not least…delicious food!

Ordered weeks ago, emailed recently to say a dish was out of stock, customer service handled this badly. The quality of dishes and ingredients has noticeably declined since I last placed an order approx 3-6 months ago, bulked out with veg and barely any meat in sauces. also the best dish (in my opinion) beef ravioli was discontinued. The out of stock item is just the tip of the iceberg. I want nothing further to do with Pasta Evangelists, and I hope others also take their custom elsewhere.

Absolutely Horrendous company!!! There App took my order and I put the correct postcode in. Order got taken to completely wrong address and was delivered, so I phoned them back within 10 minutes to explain that there system had sent the order to the wrong address, and they couldn’t care less and basically said someone else is eating your order and it’s my fault I used the app. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I work next door to pasta evangelist and I asked if they where doing takeaway coffee they said usually they do but as we have just opened a new store. it won't be ready for an hour or so. I was so shocked when the lady I spoke to earlier came in and gave me a cup of coffee and cheese cake on the house. It was so kind of her. I know pasta evangelists well only by takeaway and it was founded in harriods. It is really amazing pasta and I'm so lucky to be working next door. I can now eat in and not takeaway. 5* all the way!!

Top class customer service from Joyce in their customer service team. Had an issue with a delivery; email sent and an hour later a reply resolving the issue. Top marks!
