Overall, the company is using cheesy templates for a lot of their work and most of their deliverables are not as original as you may think they are. I asked specifically for custom illustrations and didn't get it. I felt like I was cheated. Why pay for something that you're not receiving the full value from? The only reason I am writing this review is because they assured me that they didn't use a template, even though it looks like they did and I felt like they are being untruthful.

Penji has been the best graphic design solution for my business. I got access to an entire team of talented designers for a price that's less than a week's pay for 1 full time designer. They only took a day for any design I asked for, the fastest turn around time regardless of the complexity of my projects. I can't believe they managed to create my labels, website pages, product catalogs, social media posts, and much more great designs from their suggestions and templates in such a short amount of time. Their team is absolutely incredible to work with. I only planned on using them for a month but then stayed with it for 4 months until I ran out of ideas since they were so efficient providing high quality designs in such a short amount of time, while always sending me different options to understand my style better. After the first few projects they understood the types of designs and styles I liked so they were able to match all my projects. I had Joshua and Billie as my main account managers and were very attentive to details and assigned me the best artists for the appropriate project. I had Eliz who did a beautiful job with all my product labels, Bianca & Saiful creating the perfect catalogs, Vinson making my website perfect, then other talented professionals like Alyssa,Maine,Louis, Zantho, Paulo, King, Paola, and Judito. The value Penji has provided for my small business is priceless. I definitely recommend to all business owners!!

Lack of focus for corporate clients. Overall, I felt like the company has a lot of great practices, but there were a lot of times that the designers did not follow very specific requests. I've listed everything inside of Google Sheets. The company kept trying to force me to use their internal systems, but I already had my own that I was comfortable with.

As a current designer in Penji. I have never ever been in a healthy environment where all of our Leaders are down to earth people. They never treat themselves as God in the company who can do whatever they want as it may please them. NO! They rather prefer as your equal. They took our concern very seriously like literally everything. They are very much concern about your health both mentally and physically, and always checks up on you on hows your life, hows the workflow coming, are you overworked, much like that. You get appreciated and get recognized with all your hard works and of course! Who wouldn't love to work on an environment where your co-designers and leaders bond through online games. And sometimes we just want to talk around about life, even though all of us are miles away. Penji helps me grow both as a designer and as an individual, it changes how I view a company (since I did experienced toxic environments). There's more to say than laying out my thoughts here. But.... YEA! I LOVE PENJI <3 And hey! I didn't get paid to do this review if you guys are thinking, I just want to share my honest thoughts, and if any outside designer gets to read this. I swear to you this is the environment/place/gang/family you want to be in. ^^ God Bless

Penji was better than expected with their quality, the ease of use of the dashboard, and the designs were as expected. There were some hiccups in choosing a category, but once we got the feedback, the process as a whole clicked. We kept getting paired with people who didn't specialize in what we wanted to be done.

I've been using Penji for a while now and although the team hit the mark in the beginning, over time, things were missed as new designers were being introduced to our company. 3 Stars

Stolen Work I have a brand new business that I'm getting off the ground and one of the designs I found somewhere else. Our website/business needs custom imagery and not something that is templated. It's unfair.

I was with penji for about 4 months, and while it started off great, I liked my designer, towards the end, I just wasn’t getting paired with the same quality designers I had in the beginning. It started to become hard to justify paying for something where I felt like I was working harder than the company I was paying to do the work! With the shift in design teams, it just wasn’t worth my while to continue to stay with the company.

I am a marketing professional and not a graphic designer but working with Penji has allowed me to get my ideas out of my head and into a digital format without having to use complicated design software that I just don't feel like learning about. I am in the NFT world and overall when I see something cool I just send it to Penji. I am thankful to the team for their professionalism and for putting up with my craziness. Since we started working with them, I've immediately made my money back and then some off of one project.

I am totally in love with Penji. Cheesy but true. Their services have been valuable to me since last year. Penji has been supporting and for the most part, driving our design department. The amount of time I saved by using Penji definitely outweighs the fee. I personally was a bit hesitant because $600 is a lot of money. I thought about hiring an intern or even online somewhere else, but just felt the most comfortable from the initial process of asking questions on the website to even the sign up process. Nothing but kudos and recommendations for the team at Penji.

The Penji dashboard is well suited for marketing efficiniecy. There are a lot of hacks out there that tell you, if you follow these steps you'll make MILLIONS. And sure that might be true, but our marketing department has been built off of using the resources we have been given. We've elected to build a relationship with the Penji team and engaged different designers to assist on various projects. It wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. It did take some effort, but with a company like ours, we were flexible. Our company has benefited from the quick turnaround and allowed us to reduce any prexisting inefficinieies.

The Penji crew is a highly capable collaborative team where entrepreneurs and small businesses, like ours, can rely on personalized services such as designs, management and sharing of branded content, and so much more. We are a local community of business owners, we've purchased Penji and are transparent with our members how much it costs. They log into Penji and submit the projects themselves. Penji has enabled us to use the existing creative skillet of our in house team to assist on getting the work done and the partnership we currently have with Penji ensures that all our marketing tools are used to the fullest.

Penji allowed us to create social media posts and flyers that we simply weren’t able to do before. I don’t want this to sound like a lame review, but it really is that simple that a toddler could operate the account. We provide services around content creation, so it’s imperitive to create as much content as possible. Our experience was friendly and it wasn’t all that time consuming considering you have a dedicated design team working for you in the night. We’ve elected for their night time plan, so all of the content is done at night, we wake up in the morning, and we are set. Very pleased.

Overall, I had a pretty mediocre experience. I felt like all of the designs were done timely, but the quality just wasn't quite there for me. I was able to use some of the work, but looking back at a few months of service, I just feel like I was better off doing it all myself.

Penji has become so versatile over the past year. Something that I admire about the company. They listen. I just got off a call with the CEO. The fact that you can speak to the CEO and have them appreciate your business is refreshing. I provided feedback last year and it was finally applied this year. The CEO emailed me personally telling me that it was implemented. I will be using them for as long as I am in business, which is hopefully forever.

I run our agency strictly on strict processes. It's allowed us to grow since the inception of our company back in 2018. I don't understand why the company has no connectivity as a whole to third party apps. We use AdRoll and Click Funnels. They can not log into these apps and it just boggles my mind. This is the only reason why we are cancelling, but it just isn't worth it any other way.

Penji created a flyer for Allies in Caring new ASL Classes. They were very professional, prompt, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They came up with an awesome flyer that we are very happy with.

With any business that doesn't have a giant marketing department or budget, Penji is incredibly valuable and easy to work with. They allow for our Marketing Team to have high quality, quickly made assets and even helps us with our presentations. Full disclosure, we do have an in-house designer, but we wanted the flexibility to have more hands in the pot. So far the marriage has been pretty solid.

I've completed almost 150 projects with Penji and this review is coming from someone who has serious experience with the team and also design. Penji is a life saver during the busy months and have helped me create a TON of designs for various clients. Each person i've worked with has been professional, follows instructions, and has a ton of creative ideas. I'm getting great value and makes no sense for me to leave.

You won't know this until AFTER you sign up, but I wanted to get my logo project done, in addition to the essentials. Business card, letter head, etc... I submitted my first project and then boom, the company randomly separated my projects for me. This is supposed to be an unlimited design service, so why aren't I able to submit a project the way I WANT!? I feel like this is their way of prolonging projects so you spend more time with them as a service. It's just unfair.
