I have been using PENJI for a few months now and I have been very pleased with their service to provide graphic design work. As a small business owner I have ad hoc requirements without sufficent work to hire my own designer so having an on-call service has been extremely helpful and the capped monthly service has been much cheaper than using single-job board providers where I have to shop for a designer and get quotes for each single task. To get the best from the service you do need to take time to create detailed design / project brief as you can have a different designer for each task but equally the diversity of designers means you can get someone who has the specific skills to meet each project need / style of content.
