Penji is a great Design service with a very intuitive user interface. If you create a lot of designs for your clients, the higher tier plans allow you to create multiple brands and you can attach new design projects to these brands which is very helpful organization wise. Inside of each project is a messenger type display that allows you to easily see your back and forth conversations pertaining to that project as well and the ability to tag areas on the design and put notes about what you like or want to change yet again makes for a more seamless Design experience.

As a small marketing agency, it's never made sense to hire a full time designer. Penji is responsive, with basically overnight turnaround times on most jobs (unless they're really big). Designs are good, especially if you submit good briefs :) Recommended.
