Good, but more dry ice needed. Not acceptable for anything to be partially thawed. Despite what they say, everything should arrive frozen at these prices!

I purchased filet mignon and was given a gift of their beef patties. I have to tell you that I HATE every beef patty that I have bought....until now! I am hooked on Chicago Steaks. I have never had a bad meal from any of the products. I sous vide some of the pork chops and steaks and have done the chicken in the package they came in without any issues. It is the best quality and I hardily recommend them.

A friend of mine sent me a gift for helping him purchase a vacation home. It was a huge box of meat! And it was just "ok" meat. Nothing special. It was also a monthly membership type thing. Not into that. But it really got me thinking... Why do I spend so much $ on Choice meat at my local supermarket when the world is at my fingertips on the World Wide Web! I started doing some serious Googling and after much thought decided to spend some cash at a place called Chicago Steak Co. GLAD I DID! WOW! I mean, WOW! I put some Baseball Cut Sirloins on my smoker the weekend after receiving them, and within minutes had, no joke, the best steak I have ever had. Period.
