I have been a chef and in the food industry for over 15 years. With that said, the wagyu beef burgers were AMAZING!! Perfect mixture and just enough fat to give it great flavor without taking away from the burger experience. I would highly recommend these burgers and company for anyone who wants quality meat and a company that stands behind their product.

I made an order through Chicago Steak Company for the first time and was excited to receive the steaks. Unfortunately when they arrived, the packaging was damaged and I was not sure of the safety of the steaks. After letting Ramona Alvarez, a Customer Service Team Specialist for Chicago Steaks, know what had happened, she very quickly resolved my issue fully. I am very satisfied with not only their product, but their excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We absolutely loved our Chicago Steaks! Everything arrived in a super timely fashion and was fully frozen (online other meal shipping services we have tried). The steak burgers are delicious, and the steaks themselves vert tender and flavorful. The free steak seasoning was the cherry on top! We definitely recommend and will be using them again!

I'm a professional chef in the Chicago area and a big fan of this company - I've used their product for my private chef events locally and shipped their steaks as a gift. I've been impressed by the quality of the meat and the customer service every time! My brother-in-law is in the Army, so I sent him a big box of burgers and porterhouse steaks when he came back to the states after his last deployment and he still raves about it. They also sent several email updates to me so I could track the shipment. Such a great experience, all around.

My son ordered them for Mother's Day for me. First they were to be delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day but didn't come till after. The steaks were delivered hot and no dry ice in the package. We live in Arizona so dry ice would of been a must. My son and I are soarly disappointed.
