I have never liked steak. .. something about it. I could never really pin point the reason. .. Just didn't like it. However this very time I promised my daughter for her birthday dinner I would eat steak with her. What a terrible deal for a steak hater right? Wrong! Well wrong if you are eating steak here anyway. The taste melted my mouth and belly! It's perfect. Cooks perfect, not chewy, tastes perfect not gamey and goes perfectly with a baked Potatoe and salad! I'll not say I'm a true steak water but this is the only place I'll order a steak and eat it! 5 stars without any doubt and two thumbs up! Thank you for being perfect!
