I know nothing of selecting meats and I don't need to. With the best customer service and prime quality I just need to tell Chicago Steak Co what I want or need . With a call or click my husband is on his way to BBQ heaven.

Steak taste great, easy to chew. Meat has a nice amount of fat but isn't overly fatty.

I have had other companies products but nothing compares to the quality of Chicago Steaks. My husband is so excited and happy when I serve Chicago Steaks. I have tried other steak companies. With a family of 4 grown men, they always know when I use Chigaco Steaks. Their faces light up at the taste. Your customer representatives are by far the nicest to work with. I recommend this company highly!

We have been searching everywhere for dry aged steaks that we can make at home. Without any luck locally we took to the Internet for delivery. Thankfully we found Chicago Steak Company!! Our first steak was a 26 oz ribeye and was melt in your mouth delicious!! While we love going out for great meals every now and then, I think we'll be ordering a whole lot more from you and spending many more nights at home! Looking forward to trying filets, NY strips, and the burgers...if they're anything like our steak last night, I know we won't be disappointed!!

My job involves a lot of travel, which affords me the opportunity to eat at some of the very best steakhouses in the country, and as a passionate home cook, it has become somewhat of a hobby to order high-end meat from various suppliers and try my hand at replicating the experience at home. I recently ordered some ribeyes and strips from CSC and grilled them over an oak fire with nothing more than a generous seasoning of coarse sea salt (and black pepper after grilling) and all I can say is WOW! Dry-aged meat has a certain "funk" to it that is reminiscent of blue cheese, and I've had dry-aged meat that was *too* potent in this regard, but CSC has the process down cold. One of the best steaks I've ever eaten anywhere, and it came off my own grill.

On my first order, I was concerned about a four day delivery to California. Chicago Steak upgraded my order for a two day delivery. All was good! I did have an issue with a discolored rib-eye and Chicago made up for it with a nice certificate! I ordered from Prime Dry Aged Filet mignons, Bine-In Rib-Eyes, T-Bones and Porterhouses. All the steaks were great but I do feel it's a little over priced. I haven't ordered pork or ham because I really feel it's over priced! The customer service is excellent if you have questions. I wanted to also try their Lobster but they are way over priced. I will visit other steak companies and make comparison to price and flavor, customer service and delivery times.

The entire process of ordering was simplified by a knowledgeable and efficient salesperson. My order was a bit complex with orders going to different addresses, so I was nervous that they would be mixed up. However, all went perfectly, and the orders arrived on time and in good condition. They even retroactively honored their advertised rebate since I got the order in on time. Thank you for helping me say thank you to others.
