They enjoy outside grilling so I thought a good selection. His remarks: "The beef was tender but no different than grocery store. The chicken has a funny taste to it." Not too positive. I was disappointed.

United States | 20 August 2015OMG, The steaks and Chops and your season is my favorite, I don't buy steaks or chops anymore from the grocery stores. There is no comparison. Chicago Steaks in my opinion beats any other company. I can cut my steaks with a fork, I have not tried any other meats from the company, but I'm thinking about getting Chicken. The old saying is you pay for what you get and believe me it's the BEST. The quality is outstanding.

United States | 05 August 2015As a first time customer of Chicago Steak Co., I ordered a "Steak Sampler" assortment on 07/24/15 for $161.46 (order number 7468011). The package arrived via UPS on Thursday, July 30th in mid afternoon and left in the sun by my front door without a knock or a doorbell ring. Since I knew the package was to arrive that day I discovered it a short time later. The outer packaging had been ripped open and I noticed live ants crawling all over the outside and inside the package. After removing the outer packaging I discovered the ant infestation had become even worse and after putting on leather gloves took out the inner Styrofoam package. The live ants were everywhere and upon opening the lid I saw that the dry ice inside was just about gone and the ants had infested the inner packages of assorted steaks and burgers. I called Chicago Steak customer service and was told they would send me another order if I returned the package to UPS. I told the representative that I was so disgusted with the ants crawling over the packages themselves I could barely speak. Part of the order had defrosted and I decided that I did not want to touch any of the packages. I subsequently threw the entire order in the garbage after using ant spray to kill the thousands of ants that were still swarming everywhere. Needless to say, I will not be ordering anything from this company in the future and will chalk this up to an experience in which I was naïve to expect something better. Unfortunately, I cannot give this disaster even one star!
