FRAUD ALERT. Placed order 1868123, never came. Said they issued a refund, they didn't. Speak broken English, and say "You need to call your bank" Don't order from them. UPDATE: Spoke with My bank, they checked all of my accounts. This company says they issue refunds, and make you go chase down and try to prove you didn't get it....when in fact they are just hoping you go away.

Terrible delivery - promised time was 15 days. No communucation. Item arrived a few months after, even though i asked multiple times for an update. Adding on to that, the item was incomplete and was missing vital parts. The website claims to be a miami company, yet they get all their shit from china and mark it up for $1000s of dollars

I'm an interior designer & would NOT recommend switches from Residence Supply. The estimated ship dates on the page are inaccurate as these are poorly made in China. You should expect to receive the switches in 16-23 business days as they have to ship overseas. Save your money & source switches from a quality manufacturer like Forbes & Lomax or Buster + Punch!

Poor customer service. Do not order from them. They have a return policy which they sent to me (that i did not agree to on ordering as they can’t produce where you signed an agreement) laden with fees - you have to pay for return, 50% restocking fee for an item that came in @1000 pieces with Chinese instructions. Days after contacting them , they still failed to provide English instructions , the return has to be in 14 days, this after their delivery is 15-20 days and ours was received after that! Yet they say 14 days after delivery to return yet the return date was autopopulated at 30 days post purchase date. So if you add the late delivery + the 14 days .. you’re already past the autopopulated return date!! FRAUDULENT, ROBBERY, CHINESE company.

This company cancelled part of my order after weeks of waiting and telling me the order was in process and then failed to refund me the full amount I had paid. The item that did arrive was straight from a factory in China - poor quality, clearly made with 1,000 other poor quality items. The company pretends to be in the USA, but everything from the factory to the customer service are clearly offshore. Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Spent thousands of dollars on new switches, dimmers, and outlets. Some of the dimmers don't work properly. Any time I've reached out for help, they are not helpful and do not seem to care since it's past 30 days, which is ridiculous considering when working in the building industry, timelines can easily range up to a year on projects. I should have ordered elsewhere.
