Original lights received had discolorations and customer service immediately fixed the issue.

Dimensions are miss-leading as the size of the "rods" are very tiny. About the size of a curtain rod. Upon checking on a return, there's 50% restocking fee which is NOT disclosed in the website policy. Additionally, you have to pay the return postage and insure. Don't waste your $, use a more reputable company.

This company needs to ensure the products they ship meets their promised quality. I received nothing handcrafted or customized and the packaging had mold on it. One product was scratched, did not look at all as advertised. For the last week with three emails, 6 phones I cannot get anywhere. Raph keeps talking about the non-existing product manager. The products are shipped from Hong Kong. NOT CORAL CABLES, FLORIDA. January 8, 2025 Further to the above review, I was able to get a full refund and although I never spoke with a product manager, Ralph on returns did respond quickly and settled my issues after I shipped the products back to Florida. Note: I ordered the Opal Chandelier which had scratches on the canopy. The Deleazo Chandelier was not as advertised. The gold bars that concealed the wires wasn’t there. A silver cable and black wire were used instead. I also paid for a dimming option and could not get an answer if this was added. I also paid extra for the 100% damage protection. All was refunded and my loss is the shipping costs back for the refund and duty on one product. They honoured the 100% refund policy since it was a manufacturing issue.

I emailed them late at night about an installation issue, and they got back to me first thing in the morning. It was so refreshing to deal with real people.

Residence Supply and "Raph" are con artists, plain and simple. The product looked NOTHING like the picture on their website and they lied about shipping the same day the order was placed. They offer free expedited shipping, then give you an excuse as to why they can't ship it any other method except for the slowest possible. Once you receive your item, the return window has passed and good old Raph tells you he will check with another manager to try and help out. All they are really doing is delaying you to avoid a credit card chargeback. I returned my light and after a month, they never issued me a refund, so I took the matter to Visa. Just do yourself a favor and move on, don't buy from this shady organization, they really are trash. The product won't look like what you think it will and then they will do nothing to help you.

I bought a ceiling light from Residence Supply three years ago, and it still looks amazing. The design doesn’t feel dated at all. It’s one of those pieces that just works in any space.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure how a vintage light would work in my modern dining room, but it’s perfect. It makes the space feel less cold and more like a home.

Horrendous experience, purchased 2 very expensive future lights, one month later, one lamp shade (prob 2$) has arrived, the rest of the order "apparently" was shipped separately but they forgot to give us tracking details (still not received from the Product Manager lol ) and the second pendant the tracking says arrived but it was never delivered, now have no choice but to raise a chargeback for with the bank , avoid this chinese drop ship company like the plague - update , residence supply have told us it shipped separately and told us to contact the carrier but refuse to give us a tracking number and do not respond to emails and have left us with not choice but to report them for fraud
