Canada | 11 December 2024On Oct 27th we placed an order for 3 outdoor wall fixtures. Order # 1484843. After placing the order, I called Residence Supply and requested they not split the order while sending, bcos I do not want to have to pay for the Electrician to come twice. I said I was willing to wait as long as it took but I wanted bother orders to arrive together. The girl said she would make a note of it. But she didn't follow thro. I received the 2 Helios lights by courier but I'm told the Alpine wall light was sent by Canada Post and is stuck in transit. I've been given various delivery dates by "Faith" Nov 27th then Dec 3rd but so far it hasn't been delivered. I called Faith 3 days ago and told her I need to speak to her manager bcos I need to cancel this order as christmas is approaching and we plan to go overseas. I explained when i placed the order I was expecting it to be delivered along with my first order by Courier and not be sent by Canada post knowing there us a strike going on. I'm fed up talking to "Faith" and the "Receptionist" who put me on hold saying they will get me a manager but after 1/2 hr of holding dont even have the courtesy to tell me all their managers are busy. I call back and then they tell me their managers are all busy, 2 days in a row I have called and been put on hold and both days ALL their managers are busy. I'm told I'll get a call back from a manager but that hasn't happened either. Very frustrating customer service. I am someone who us used to only writing good reviews but Faith and your Receptionist has left me no choice. I'm using this platform to get answers. I would suggest anyone ordering from Residence Supply to check and make sure your order is not given to Canada Post knowing their on strike.

Netherlands | 18 November 2024They were very helpful tracking my order. The pendant lights weren't grounded so I had to add this myself plus the lights were foor e27 bulbs, it was a bit to big for my liking so had to replace them with e19 sockets

I have just discovered on their website what is very embarrassing. Seeing "Black Friday" offers when thye raise the original prices of the lights...very mean. As an example, the Kaimana Ceiling light was £383 two weeks ago. Now you say from £430 to £344...absolutely disgusting EDITED 19.11.24 - Following response from Residence Supply and just to clarify, I didn't have a different currency selected on different days, just a joke. I left the page open for a few weeks, when updated it to se the 20% discount for your Black Friday I saw your strategy. Even your response is not coherent since I was told on your website chat that the price difference was due to cost of production / materials...unbelievable

United States | 14 November 2024This company is a total scam. They sent me an email requesting I verify my phone number and said they would follow up with more info. This never happened. A month later I sent an email following up asking for more information. When I reached out they said it had been delivered and fought me tooth and nail. After 25 emails they are so apathetic and not solution oriented. Only after opening a dispute with AMEX did they begin to react. Their communication is so poor. After beginning the dispute with AMEX they sent a product to replace even though I had already asked them to stop sending anything as I was over it. After this communication the "customer service" rep, Ann sent three emails asking me to clarify if I wanted a replacement sent, to which I said no to her response each time. Then she sent it anyway saying it was out of her hands as the product had already been sent. I'm so upset and completely lack any trust in this company's ability to follow through with their word. I

I had high expectations considering the high price paid, but both product quality and customer service have proven unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this site. I worked with Ann who was great and explained that the items I ordered were custom and needed more processing time than communicated on the website. She talked to the various teams involved in updating me on a timeline and got the responses needed to give me a clear update on the situation and timeline. Ann was great and I appreciate her! The website needs to work on its clarity; after I pressed the order, I was contacted to pay more as the website didn't process the order correctly, and then my ETA was updated post-order.

Our Afzal Pendant Light took 2 weeks to arrive from somewhere in China. cables were damaged already, screw joints falling a part, piece of plastic instead of claimed glass, led tape inside falling off and just overall unable. Probably worth £10. now trying to return

United States | 05 November 2024I placed an order with them and then three days later I received an email saying that I canceled my order so they’re refunding me. I didn’t request for a cancellation, they just upright canceled my order and then sent an email saying I did. This was most likely because I purchased a light fixture that was on sale for a really good price. I read a couple of reviews that stated that this company does this but I didn’t think they could be that grimy. Little did I know they did the same exact thing to me. Will never make another purchase nor recommend this site
