Good product and delivered on time

Ordered what I required online. Easy to use website, placed order and received immediate confirmation. Delivery speedy without extra charges.

I’ve purchased 3 different types of EverEdge over the last 4 years, I used their Titan to replace a small retaining wall, each metal piece was so strong I could not bend it to the right shape however by joining them together you could simply walk it around to form great curves. A Hacksaw allowed me to cut to the exact size and a bit of paint finished everything off although the metal is galvanised under the paint. Their ProEdge was great for the front lawn where a car or two had broken the plastic edging I had before. The Lockdown provided a great opportunity to do the back garden as I have very sandy soil any edge broke down within a couple of months, rather than cutting a new edge I laid out the edging and back filled it, it took a few months for the new grass to grow but it restored the size of the lawn. Now after 10mins of trimming the overgrown edge the lawn looks perfect. How I wish I had known about EverEdge years ago. It does cost but you will never have to replace it and its make doing the Lawn a pleasure. I’m now looking for other places I could use it.

Over the past few years I have been replacing my wooden raised beds at my allotment with Easybed from Everedge. The wood on the raised beds was rotting so I thought I would future proof them and use the Easybed system. I’ve found it to be of excellent quality, robust and it was easy to put together and put in place. The service from everedge was first class including the delivery. I shall definitely be buying some more, the next bed is where my sweet peas will grow.

Easy to buy, great customer service. Product is clearly well made and nice to know it is made in Britain. Will be buying more.

Ordered lawn edging. Quick delivery although one pack was damaged. Took me a few emails to sort it but replaced satisfactorily. Products look good quality.

Fantastic Service ! Absolutely amazed with the service from Everedge. I placed my order yesterday morning at approximately 11:00 had notification from DHL at 11:23 that it would be delivered today & it has just been delivered! I have ordered from Everedge before as their products are very good & was expecting it to take longer than usual due to the current situation. Totally impressed! Thank you.

Firstly I must say I’m a repeat customer and previously the whole process from order to delivery was seamless Not so on this occasion. COVID-19 Delivery delay excuses aside ( online orders from other vendors have arrived in a timely fashion ) the ordering side of the process was excellent. The website is easily navigated however, probably, for cost reasons Everedge use DHL as their courier and this a fatal flaw as they rank lower than Yodel or even Hermes for efficiency. After waiting in for two days, having been given a delivery window by DHL, with no delivery made I contacted Everedge by phone and spoke with a rather defensive but very passive-aggressive employee who tried to use the COVID-19 defence. After reminding him regards customer service he, rather reluctantly, said he would look into it and would either get DHL to contact me or do so themselves. Neither thing happened and so the third day passed. I was ready to call Everedge again however I opened the door this morning to find my delivery left outside propped up against a plant in full view to any potential thief. There was no knock at the door, no delivery note in the post box and my instruction as to where to safely leave the parcel in case of no reply etc. we’re completely disregarded. Decent product aside I will not use Everedge products again due to their atrocious customer ‘service’

Very poor experience with fork lift driver in Market Drayton.

I have bought a fair number of metres of lawn edging plus a couple of tree rings from Everedge over the last few years. Definitely a top quality product that has, in my garden at least, stood the test of time. Orders processed and despatched promptly, good communication... very happy with the whole experience.

Few challenges along process, inevitable with any bespoke project and had good communication regarding - am very satisfied with the end product. It was imperative that mimimal tolerance was used to fit a detailed area on site and was constructed accurately to spec. Every dimension and angle was followed to soundly and material is of high grade. Non-bespoke items are delivered next day. All in all - a super service!

Item arrived within one day of ordering and the product is a truly excllent item - could not be happier
