Very quick delivery and when one package didn’t arrive a phone call to the company was dealt with by a real person and the remaining package arrived the following day. Easy to put in.

Everedge had an advert in the RHS Garden magazine (October 2022) for their various products. I was looking for CorTen edging for garden borders. Spoke withe a lovely lady called Vicky who gave great advice and sorted out my requirements. Product arrived next day and am really pleased with this company, product supplied and all round service.

I've probably ordered from Everedge 5 or 6 times over the years and am always impressed. They offer such a friendly, helpful service. Delivery was remarkably speedy, too.

I'm going to be an outlier here and say this product is disappointing. In anything but the loamiest (i.e. no stones whatsoever) soil to get a satisfactory finish you're going to need to dig a trench. The 1 meter lengths means lots of joins, which in my opinion ruins the finish. By the time I realised it wasn't a viable solution they weren't in a returnable condition - so close to £200 in the skip. I'm sure you can get a professional finish if you install after dig out phase of any landscaping project and you use the longer 'pro' 2.5m lengths. It's not the solution I was personally hoping for, I'll just go to the trouble and put in some granite setts and try and forget everedge ever existed.

This is the fourth time I've purchased from this company, and I've had a forth perfect experience. Great products, efficient purchasing experience, and no-fuss delivery to Scottish Islands.

Good product, though it is an expensive method of lining a block paved path and patio. Easy to install and the end result looks very smart. Company kept me informed about delivery at all times.

Good quality product. I chose the corten finish which is weathering nicely. However, I did find it very difficult to install and the finish is therefore not as smooth, neat and tidy as I would like. If the ground is not COMPLETELY level and pebble free then it is impossible to install neatly. This is a problem for me as my whole garden is sloped and the point was to edge a sloping path. I would not recommend for anyone trying to create a neat finish with curves on a slope. It looks ok in the rustic corten finish but I would be disappointed if a rustic finish was not my goal.

Delivery speedy, product well packaged. Am sure however I asked for it to be left at back of property but it was left at front door, however, too heavy for a casual thief to nick. Not yet inspected goods themselves.

I so rarely write reviews but really wanted to, firstly, because I love the product. It was easy to install (that’s big for someone who is a bit practically challenged as I am) and it looks amazing! I built a beautiful curved bed in no time, that looks so very aesthetically pleasing. But I also think the customer service was first rate -brilliant in answering initial queries, and even when I subsequently got the dimensions wrong, they came and picked it back up, no questions asked. EXCELLENT company with EXCELLENT customer service. We bought 5 packages of classic Cor-ten EverEdge to use for a garden path. First, I neglected to put in the code for the Queen Jubilee 10% discount. I emailed them asking how to get the 10% off. I was contacted very quickly by a PERSON with a NAME (very rare today). They refunded the 10% onto our credit card immediately. When the EverEdge arrived, our soil was way too hard and rocky to place it. I emailed them to say we needed to return the unopened EverEdge packages (we kept the pack we tried to place as it was clearly used), and immediately got an email saying they would organise pick up. The next day it was picked up, and within 2 days we had a complete refund for the four returned packages. I cannot over-stress how wonderful the company is. The best customer service I have ever received. If you are unsure if EverEdge is what you want, you can't go wrong, as they stand by their products 100%. We will use the opened packet we could not return to make a small raised bed in the garden, or will use it for a circular border for trees we are to plant. Nice edging and excellent company.
