The delivery was fine and the courier was very helpful and kindly carried the parcels which were too heavy for me to carry and put he them where I indicated so a big thank you to him.

The product is great but unfortunately one of the packs of edging arrived damaged and two packs were lacking the bolts needed to link the pieces together. However the response I got from Everedge was great - they were very helpful on the phone and sorted out the problems straight away. Great customer service!

Really great product, shame about the delivery. Received no communication to say when the order was being delivered, by what courier or that it had been received. Left at the front door when no one was home, so wasn't the best. Otherwise, really good product and easy to use. Looks very smart and would use again but would buy from another retailer. In response to Everedge, my contact details were correct when I made my order, I have just checked my invoice. Maybe there was a fault with the system rather than with the customer?
