Ordered from Amazon and arrived next day exactly as expected. Very simple to lay on insulation boards, even though floor plan was quite complicated. Got an electrician to test and install thermostat. All in order. Can't report on finished performance as I now have to wait a month for slate tiles to settle and then turn on in 5 degree increments

Ordered two UFH valve actuators and they arrived in the post next morning. Discovered I also required the thermostatic actuator for the UFH mixing valve. Was advised by return that it was not in stock. Received an email the following day to say it had been despatched and arrived the following morning. And such excellent service the week prior to Christmas. I have another big UFH project coming along soon and will be making Underfloor Heating Express my first site to source the parts.

I would of given 5 stars, But the boards arrived a day later that promise. I ordered the insulating board over the net and it was easy, it did say next day delivery if you orderd by a certain time and I ordered them friday night and was expecting them tuesday and it was confirmed on sunday by email. they turned up wednesday. other than that I am happy overall.

The thermostat packed up after 1year….. it happens… on their website it says lifetime guarantee on all parts but don’t consider a thermostat a part so I had to pay another £ 55. Now this morning the pump has gone for which I haven’t yet had an invoice
