Easy to order online. Delivery very quick and item packaged very well for protection from damage during its journey. Underfloor heating manifold very good quality. Easy to fit thanks to the people who made it. It’s brought my underfloor heating into the 21at century from a very basic manifold previously. The temperature and pressure gauges are very useful. Would 100% recommend.

Good price and good quality

We ordered 10mm tile backer board it arrived damaged not the fault of the sellers, but DHL. I complained and they kindly sent us more boards. I know it was not there fault but their delivery company should compensate them. But even thou I was cheesed off they remained courteous, and did what they could. All in all Good, but as for the delivery company DHL? THEY NEED TO SACK EM. 5 STARS, FOR UNDERFLOOR HEATING.

Purchased pump and valves for single room .Reasonable price, quick delivery , haven’t fitted the unit yet so can’t comment on the quality or reliability but looks good.

Received programming heating thermostat H3 by return post, and was as described. Now fitted and working fine, though the instructions require some concentration to understand. Operation of adjustments is not obvious. Fixing clips on the finish cover are tight and slightly worrying to unclip. However, very inexpensive for the functions available so on balance happy with supplier and unit.

Very knowledgeable & helpful, good price as well. Received the order next day.
