Goods not turned up, just some tape, they've not been very helpful, they expect me to chase the delivery without a tracking number etc, hopefully paypal will sort it. I've had to shop elsewhere and i advise you to do the same. Tom Goods now turned up, not sure if it was DHL or these guys, anyway someone took the time to rectify the situation. Thank you Tom

Have ordered twice now from this company and more than happy with their materials and prices, unfortunately they were let down a little by their 3rd party suppliers and delivery agents, hence the 3 stars. Initial communication was ok, but like all companies these day it could have been better. To their credit they did reach out and enquire how I thought things could have been better and they seem to have acted on the feedback they have received, which is always a good thing. Will use again in the future.
