Items were shipped quickly and without issue. However I never received an email confirmation of my order nor any tracking/shipping info from them until after I posted a bad review. I tried contacting them on every platform where they have a presence but only got an email from them after the bad review despite then claiming to have emailed me several times over. It took 4 emails and a bad review before I got any shipping info or even my order number. Apparently part of the issue is they don't answer emails on the weekends. I got a super fast response after sending an inquiry regarding the shipping on my order still showing up as “processing” after quite awhile. I didn’t expect to even get an answer with my email being two days before Christmas, but I did! Carly responded promptly, clearly, and kindly, with a fix to the issue. She was also very forthcoming about the issue being a tech problem and finding out what they could do to right it. The issue was really out of their control so the fact that they ended up expediting shopping once it was corrected and offering a coupon was really awesome.

Excellent customer service. The product I ordered was defective and an email was all it took to get an exchange processed. I received a new product no questions asked, no fuss. Spectrum has never disapointed.

I am a Spectrum loyalist! And a huge fan of Zoë Ligon herself! I’ve bought manyyy toys from spectrum and think their prices are fair and affordable! I’ve seen the same toys at physical boutiques sell for significantly more than on Spectrums site! I have found their product descriptions on their website to be accurate and helpful and sometimes silly, which is very fun. And their instagram posts and reels are also a super helpful resource when shopping for a toy. I’ve learned so much about different toys just by following their instagram! And if you’re into learning, Zoë Ligon wrote a sex ed book that’s on Spectrums site that somehow covers just about everything, and it has gorgeous photography.
