My dealings with all of the Felgains' personnel has been a pleasure and very professional. The Raizer11 is a remarkable device and straightforward to use for getting you off of the floor if you've fallen and can't get yourself up. I am in that category with MS and 6 feet 5ins tall to boot. I've had to use my Raizer11 twice now and both times successful and so much better than the alternative of waiting for an ambulance or getting my wife to really struggle to get me up.

Delighted with the product, just what we needed. I watched a couple of videos and I knew straight away that we needed the Raizer 11 . After ordering it, it came the next day. Great to deal with.

We purchased the manual Raizer Chair as we couldn't justify the cost of the electric product. It's simple to assemble and straight forward to use. My wife and young daughter have already used the chair to pick up my 17 stone mother. Fedex managed to screw up the delivery but Felgains, never stepped away from the issue and did everything they could do to help. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team

Helpful staff

My mum moved into care and needed a wheelchair to mobilise around the home and have some independence. She was totally reliant upon asking staff to move her from room to room in between their busy schedule. We had no idea how long it would take to get an NHS assessment done. Felgains were there, assessed and provided a suitable chair in a week. They were empathetic and prompt. I cannot fault them.

Excellent service. Very helpful in my decision on type of mobility device I needed.

I have not unpacked the kit yet due to my wife's hospitalisation but it looks very fit for purpose. The day before her hospitalisation I had seen her recovered to an upright position by 2 specialist nurses using the electric version of the Raizer. This is why I have bought a manual Raizer to deal with the odd slip to be the floor my wife may have in the future. The excellent team at Felgains gave me lots of help and advice on the telephone before I ordered without any pressure and I really must thank them for that. Once I placed the order the kit all arrived the very next day. When our son is at home next we will both be trying out the unit to make sure we can use it when required. Thank you Felgains.

The approach was at all times highly professional. Their staff arrived on time and my stairlift was fitted leaving no mess to clear up. The only delay was getting the equipment from the manufacturer which they cannot be blamed for. The stair lift was fitted the day after it arrived from the manufacturer.

The chair is Perfect, and sold with great knowledge of all chairs on sale. Falgains was the only company we went to as have always known of them from my previous work. Very happy indeed , thank you
