We have used Felgains to purchase a, very expensive, powered wheelchair and various other odds and ends. They have been unfailingly friendly, helpful, caring, efficient and organised, whether on the 'phone, in the shop or at our home We can really recommend them and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Delivered on time, already had to use the product. My wife struggled to assemble the unit first time. We had planned to test it before I needed to use it. Tip: As soon as it arrives, unpack it, assemble and test. Excellent result. Once assembled, I was standing up again in under a minute.

Felgains were excellent from the initial assessment to the actual installation of a ceiling hoist, installed for the carers to help move my disabled husband in and out of bed more easily and safely. Sam and Mark along with the electrician (whose name I didn't get) went out of their way to make it as easy and tidy a job as they possibly could, even hoovering around afterwards! I was really impressed.

I had ordered a chair which had been demonstrated and fitted to my needs, but felt I could not wait the 8 weeks for it. So I called and asked if I could have the demo chair from the showroom. It was still available, and was delivered the next day. The lovely sales girl came too, and helped explain the instructions, set it up, and moved my old armchair. I could not be more delighted.

We brought my sons alerta sensaflo mattress from this store. We booked a time to come into the store to try the mattresses which we thought would be suitable which really helped us make a decision. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and helpful and there was no pressure to buy. The mattress was delivered and set up for us, I was very impressed. We will definitely be using felgains again

We were served by Lisa who was extremely helpful and patient. Lisa spent a lot of time with us as we went through the different options for both an armchair and bed for Mum, plus the smaller items that we needed. She also made sure Mum understood everything that we discussed. The service was first class and we came away happy with everything that we had purchased. An excellent one stop shop for Mum's needs.

Excellent - thoroughly recommend Felgains of Ipswich. They were able to respond very rapidly to an urgent request on the phone and took a great deal of trouble to send detailed photos of a reclining chair for a relative who was being discharged from a hospital. They then took further time on the phone to explain things fully so that I was confident I was purchasing the correct size with the optimum functions. Outstanding customer service. I am very pleased with my bath seat. The sales lady explained how to use it very clearly. The attachment to operate it was rather stiff but we put a small amount of Vaseline on it and all is well

Easy to order from website and I was kept up to date on delivery. Would have preferred a demonstration on use but understand the problems with covid restrictions. We have tried it out and it appears to be a suitable gadget for me but fortunately I have not had to test it after a real fall yet.

Staff are very helpful, and always remember the customers name. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They will demonstrate products but never put any pressure on you to purchase an item. A bright, clean and very welcoming environment that makes you feel very relaxed while shopping. Highly recommended.
