From the showroom to online transactions and communication to the delivery and installation everything was smooth and pleasant. We tried the bed today and it was even better than we expected. Very helpful staff. I really liked being able to choose all the individual elements and styles of the bed frame to meet my own requirements. We visited the showroom but ordered online. The website is easy to navigate.

My girlfriend has had a Warrens Evans bed for some ten years. Still as good as new and the best either of us have slept on. The company is environmentally concerned and everyone I spoke to there when choosing a bed of my own was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Warren Evans have genuinely gone above and beyond to provide support with my purchase, and as someone with a limited budget and difficulties with communication they have remained respectful and generous throughout and I can’t thank them enough for their time and consideration . The mattresses are well made with good quality materials and no foam which is really important to me in terms of comfort and longevity. The glut of hybrids that have saturated the market are rarely discussed for their impact on health and the planet, but where possible this should be a consideration in any purchase. An all round excellent company.

We are delighted with our new Warren Evans bed and mattress, it is the icing on the cake in making our newly decorated bedroom feel like a luxury hotel room. We recently replaced our 16 year old organic latex mattress and broken bed frame with a Warren Evans space saver bed and superking zip and link Cotton 1500 mattress, which we topped with a wool mattress topper from Devon Duvets. It is so unbelievably comfortable and we are delighted. We researched beds and mattresses for ages and it took us a couple of years from knowing we needed one to finally making an order as we just couldn't decide what to buy and where from. We really wanted something with natural fibres and loved the fact that Warren Evans offered a cotton mattress. We were equally pleased with the space saver bed frame which has enabled us to fit a superking into our compact bedroom and love the fact that eco friendly dyes and varnishes are used. Overall we feel the bed and mattress is of top notch quality at a competitive price. We put the frame together ourselves which we found easy to do and we really like the fact that if we ever need to move it, we can separate the frame into two parts rather than having to take all the slats off. The staff were really friendly and helpful when we were unsure about exactly which frame design to go for. I totally recommend Warren Evans if you are looking for a new bed. We are so comfortable and the aches and pains we were having from our old bed, which really needed replacing, have completely gone. Now it feels like lying on a cloud and there is nothing we would change about it.

Amazing customer care. We purchased a mattress in 2012 which we still use, but needed a new one for the little one. We went to the new showroom and were welcome by lovely representatives that answered all our queries re a customised mattress which will be cut to size. They really add value to the purchase by giving the right advice to meet the customer's needs.
