We were recommended to go for both the bed and the mattress from Warren Evans by our friends. We were looking for firm, yet supportive and anti- allergic mattress as both, my husband and I are allergic to dirt and pollens. The Organic 6000 mattress is perfect for us and without any second thoughts, we chose today. The bed as well is well built and sturdy and looks elegant in the bedroom. Gul had been amazing in assisting us with the choice. She understood our requirements and helped us make the right choice for us. We never went into so much details ever before while buying a bed/mattress but it’s so much worth to go for the best option as we spend one third of our lives on our sleep and a comfortable bed definitely helps in getting the much needed good night sleep.

So glad we travelled to the showroom. Knew what we wanted, broadly. Found it. Had all the leisure to be sure, and all the information and chance to be sure of our choice. Website info was dead accurate so we chose what we expected, but at 6' 3" tall I was after a custom build and needed to be sure. (Don't be put off by business estate exterior if you visit, inside is like being a house guest!)

I have bought from Warren Evans before - the quality is never to be under estimated! I recently bought the Camden bed and also one of their hand-made mattresses- superb! One star short though because i had to bring to their attention the mattress was slightly smaller than the frame. This ordinarily may not have been a problem but the pillows were slipping under the head board. Given this the technical team went all out to remedy the matter and have now apparently made the bed to better accommodate the mattress… in my case we had a little wooden pole fix to remedy the matter. In any case all great in the end and i would highly recommend this company- they even remove your old bed!

The customer service was very impressive - the staff have great knowledge of the mattresses and made some very helpful recommendations. It would have been very difficult to choose a mattress without the team's advice. The mattresses themselves are all of very high quality and there are many different types to try out and compare which is useful. I would highly recommend anyone to buy their mattress from Warren Evans.

I rarely write reviews but I just have to say that if you are on the fence on whether to press the button on a Warren Evans bed, I'd go for it. I bought a Sunday king with an Organic 6000 king mattress in January 2022. It was a HUGE purchase for me financially, although I did benefit from the sale (they are frequent) and I was super nervous doing it online without being able to try it in real life as I'm fussy about mattresses - I prefer firm but specifically with no sagging at the edges when you sit (which is weirdly rare to come by). The money back guarantee was really assuring. For the frame, they helped me with a specific height for the headboard, and flat instead of slanted. It's honestly one of the top 5 purchases of my life. Anyone who tries it raves about it, and I didn't think once of the money back guarantee after my first night's sleep. Go for it :)

Great company, brilliant quality and service. We are very happy with our new bed but are keeping our old bed frame also from Warren Evans which has already given over 10 years of good service. Proper solid wood built to last, built in the UK, in my opinion fantastic value.

Warren Evans make timeless furniture that lasts - we have a couple of staple pieces that we update the look around year after year. As a family run company, their attention to service is second to none. Recently we wanted to update the look of a wooden desk to match some of their pieces and they kindly sourced the correct stain for us and advised on a process. Incredible firm.

Super friendly staff resolved several small but annoying issues with our bed that emerged some time after it had been delivered. When I contacted Warren Evans about the problems with our bed, I was quickly connected to the right people in customer services. Merve in particular listened, asked good questions to better understand the problem then allocated the right support staff to come to our house and rectify several issues. It turns out there were three problems and they have all been fixed. Warren Evans really do care about the quality of their beds and of their service.

The staff who helped me order my bed were very helpful and patient with me as I made my choice. It was useful to have the online appointment where I could be shown examples of beds in the showroom and ask lots of questions. I was kept updated when there was a delay to the agreed delivery date (flooding had affected workshop production) and Marcin could not have been more efficient, friendly and helpful. The delivery men on the day were polite and did a great job getting the mattress up a tricky flight of stairs (very hard work), and they ungrudgingly wore shoe covers in my no shoes flat! Importantly, the bed itself is perfect for my bedroom and the mattress is super comfortable. I would not hesitate to use Warren Evans again and will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a new bed,

Warren Evans are a very down to earth, straight forward and honest company to deal with. We had a bad experience with a John Lewis mattress. As we had a Warren Evans bed that has lasted over 10 years, we decided to look at their mattresses. We visited their warehouse and Gul was very helpful in helping us choose what we wanted. There was no pressure and it all felt very genuine. The choice of mattresses is less than John Lewis but I found this a better experience as it can be overwhelming when there is too much to choose from. The delivery ran smoothly and the delivery men were professional and friendly. So far we are loving sleeping on our new mattress and love the fact that we can turn it over and all the filling will resettle. Gul has also been very helpful with aftercare questions that we had. My husband wasn't sure when I suggested Warren Evans as he has always been a loyal customer of John Lewis, however he is totally won over my Warren Evans! Do ask for written instructions regarding turning and rotating your mattress as the guarantee is void if you do not follow them. The instructions we were given are different to what is on their website. We would definitely recommend them.

Fabulous online chat help from the lovely Sara who was very patient and informative and who guided me through all the best options. Generally, I find online chat services quite frustrating but this was a wholly different experience. We have purchased from Warren Evans previously and the quality of the beds and mattresses is second to one so this is a company which gets a big thumbs up from me generally in any event.
