I visited this shop with a view to purchasing a TV and music surround system. From the moment I entered the shop I knew I was in the hands of experts. The advice and patience shown to me was exceptional. The customer service throughout the entire process pre and post purchase was outstanding. I am of an age where technology doesn't come easy and therefore customer care and advice is essential. I dont often write reviews but I felt I needed to share my experience as I know how hard it is to find good customer service. I cannot recommend this company enough. You will not get the service I was shown in Currys or John Lewis.

Solihull Branch were amazing. They listened to my needs and matched a superb bespoke audio system to it. They were so professional, patient and thorough. I am hearing things on my jazz vinyls I just did not know were there. Its like listening to them for the first time and how the artists meant them to be heard. Incredible. Thankyou Tom and Wayne. I would never go anywhere else.

I bought a piece of equipment from the Bromley store, which turned out to be faulty. The back-up service I received from the store, and Darren in particular, was truly excellent! It is often only when things go wrong that we discover if a retailer is good. Darren brought the replacement equipment to my home and helped set it up; nothing was too much trouble. SSAV Bromley will be my first port of call for all things AV-related in future!

Fab Great delivery time however I never got a dispatch email, made me unaware of a delivery confirmation or even if it had been dispatched at all. A small thing and apart from that, a perfect experience!
