I decided to upgrade my HiFi system and was extremely happy with the advice and service given to me by the team at Norwich Branch. Their advice on an amplifier, CD and new speakers was nothing but excellent and I am extremely pleased with my purchases.

They had the hifi component I was looking for at the price I was happy to pay, and arranged its delivery to me within two days. 5 star customer service. I had the very best customer experience.

Phoned up Sevenokaks to order a new set of Speakers. Member of staff I spoke to was from the Chelsea store (sorry i can't remember his name) but he was very helpful and a couple of days later my new speakers arrived and speaker cables the day after. Excellent service and would happily recommend and buy from sevenokes sound and vision again.

I bought a Denon RCDN12 Hifi it was delivered without delay to Northern Ireland from England that in itself is quite unusual but much appreciated. The online purchase was straightforward and in addition to the hi-fi they were also gifting free sennheiser sport true wireless earbuds what’s not to like as a footnote, the Denon works seamlessly and brilliantly well with my Rega speakers and connects automatically to our Sony TV for a quite brilliant sound

The record deck arrived quickly and with free delivery was cheaper than other suppliers.

One of the main advantages of using Sevenoaks Cheltenham is that you get access to Nick who provides excellent advice and ensures that you get great service. All of which which can save you a great deal of money and frustration. Would recommend that you buy from them any day over going online and purchasing piecemeal. It was great to talk to persons of knowledge, who assisted with the whole purchasing process. They made sure I was getting the best deals available and greatly assisted with delivery.
