Bought a TV from the Solihull branch - like all good hi-fi stores have always been the team here are informative and knowledgeable so you can make your own informed decision. A pleasure to deal with and offer competitive deals too.

I still have no idea when the tv will be delivered. Initially 1 or 2 working days. Then in around 10 days. Then told it was scheduled for the end of the week. But still nothing. They have taken my money though, obviously. I emailed customer support today (as instructed by them three days ago), but no response. I guess I need to phone them tomorrow. Rubbish!

Great to be able to listen, with your own music, to the equipment you want to purchase before you spend. Very helpful staff and a pretty good range of hi-fi products. Certainly no more expensive than other places but with very good customer service. Once you have decided and ordered, the products can be sent direct to your home or picked up in store. At busy times it’s best to book a time, if you want a particular setup. Good advice without being pushy

Swift delivery

Bought a TV and a soundbar from here mainly because they offer to deliver within 1 or 2x business days. after 5 business days and 8 calendar days, they call to reschedule delivery. This is not ideal! Don't promise what you cannot guarantee. However, Later on the TV was delivered. Everithing is fine. TV and soundbar are working very well together. The price was the lowest available among all other competitors. Will raise my valuation to at least 3 stars...a disclaimer about the busy period would have helped me to program my purchase.

Solihull branch. Excellent support and process from start to finish. I'm probably a real pain in the rear customer. Started this with an unhappiness around some old kit that I had, knew I wanted "better", didn't really know how to articulate what "better" was. Tom spent lots of time, over numerous visits, to help me figure out what I wanted and then what the right stuff was to solve that gap. He never pushed anything, never tried to hard sell anything, he just very patiently went though and demo'd lots of options including different things with some of my existing kit, to make sure I liked how it all worked together. It was really exceptional service, and he and the guys there really knew their stuff. Not just read the label on the box knowledge, but real live and breath it with a passion, for years and years knowledge. Can't recommend him and them enough.

Placed an order for a Marantz AV receiver on New Year's Eve. Wasn't expecting a fast delivery given the date of the order and the Bank Holiday the following day. Was very impressed to get the amp delivered at 9am the day after New Year's Day. Excellent service by SSAV and DPD.

Perfect just got the audio monitor silvers in place played some music today they are a big upgrade over the apexes just going to wait a few days before I run arc but all in all I am very happy

The price for the KEF speakers I ordered was the most competitive and I got sennheiser buds as a free gift. Even though I ordered on the New Year’s Eve I got the order by the 2nd of January—extremely fast fulfilment!
