Made my first purchase yesterday with Sevenoaks. A Samsung Q600C soundbar. Promptly delivered today, sooner than I expected. Wonderful experience so far. All set up in minutes, though some tweets needed. Thank you.

SEVEN OAKS YEOVIL Went in after being recomended. I wanted a sub woofer for my new 65inch Sony TV and Denon amp. Only wanted to spend up to about £400 on the woofer. Was sold a Q accoustics woofer, i said is it 200watts and the guy said yes it is, (it wasnt, i read later that it was 150watts)?! They didnt have in stock anyway and said to order on the mail order link, i picked the next one up with more power. After it arrived and i set it up it was making a buzzing sound and didint work on anything other than amazon prime, called them at the shop for help they couldnt wait to get me off the phone, got another number for customer service tech help, they had no idea how to help either. I managed to look it all up evetually on google and managed to get it all working. It still makes a humming sound though. Not really the experience i was expecting but there we are.

I had already decided on my purchase before arriving at the Guildford branch so wasn’t particularly looking for advice but all the same both of the sales assistants were helpful and had served me in good time, also as a bonus my cd player was the last in stock and had minor defects on the top surface and was reduced by another £50.00 which I was happy with.

My initial phone call was handled by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. I followed up with a personal visit to the Bromley branch to make my purchase. Spoke to the same staff member and also to other staff members present, all were welcoming and as a bonus got a good discount when signing up to loyalty scheme. A good purchasing experience.

Very helpful staff. I Needed some bookshelf speakers to replace the old set in a 5.1 surround system. They knew their stuff, asking what sized room I have and how close the speakers are to me. They helped me make a decision very efficiently.

Sales assistant very helpful, Willing to answer my questions and give their view on my purchase. Very pleasant experience, will definitely be shopping there again.

Very helpful staff, a nice range of products available and, crucially, some amazing offers along with a six year warranty. They even gave me some helpful tips about setting up my new Sonos speakers to get the very best from them. I couldn’t be happier.

The delivery guys were good I was last call and they were an hour late but that wasn’t a problem. The stand was a nightmare but tuning in was ok. Tuning in the apps however took me hours going backwards and forwards on email address and passwords, thank goodness that’s over. The tv is a beauty, gorgeous picture I love it.
