Great Team who are not pushy, they merely give helpful, honest, friendly advice when needed. Really happy with our Pulsar purchase which was a seem less experience from start to finish. Exceeded our expectations and will definitely be recommending to family & friends, not to mention using Highbridge again ourselves should the need arise.

We loved it here, there is a lot of traffic noise as stated by some other reviewers, but we soon got used to that. It's a lovely area for walks, and the toilet and shower facilities are very good. To really top it off there is a fantastic chip shop in Asfordby, highly recommended, they will deliver too, which is great if you've been out walking for hours. The staff are lovely, great location, and well priced too.

I ordered wing mirror protectors @ 13:30PM on day 1. They arrived @ 11:00AM the next day perfectly packaged. A delight to have such an efficient service company / courier. I cannot fault any of my dealings with Highbridge Caravans - an excellent, professional and very friendly company.

I can only speak from experience but I had a puncture in my airpro awning which turned out to be a manufacturer fault. They we’re very swift sending out a replacement the next day to the caravan park I was staying on.

We have been trying to buy Isabella Thor chairs for ages everyone out of stock. Highbridge said they would let us know we they were back in stock and true to their word we had message and chairs arrived within a week

Purchased brand new Swift 850X 14mths ago from the start we had a Red heating failure spoke to Highbridge on several occasions was to to rectify the fault our self by disconnecting the 12v cable but fault kept reoccurring we had to purchase a Calor gas heater as the fault stopped us using the central heating.We just had a full service the service engineer said the Caravan did not have a pre delivery inspection all of the coolant in the system had leaked on the floor due to a pipe being left off caravan now showing 30% damp top to bottom hinges have rusted bed never been screwed to floor veneer stating to bubble no wonder the Red light warning came on like running a car with no water in the radiator, numerous other problems engineer said the boiler might be cracked the pump was set to 5 and not 3. Made appointment to see dealer wouldn’t look at giving us another new one even though this van was not fit for use.It is scheduled going into Highbridge on the 13th Sept to have a complete refit they have to completely remove all the fittings and floor and rectify the damp issue the caravan was only a month old when we stated having problems.Leighton the service manager has been very helpful no issues with him.I hope they will refund us the fuel as we have made 4 trips so far to clear the van also I have used someone to do the lifting as I am disable and also the loss of a couple of months on the site which we have paid for. Will keep you informed to see what happens

A Good quick service,however the front tow cover I received was not the one advertised the cover sent was over 9ft/282cm wide I was very disappointed with their false advertisement which said it had their patented elasticated sides which it did not have.
