Problem with the online purchase in that it allowed us to buy an awning that wasn’t in stock but excellent customer service sorted out the issue quickly and found us an awning from a different branch, courier delivered on time and good communication

I bought an air tent which was on offer and was brilliant. I have no complaint at all about the tent but there was a mix up about whether it was collection or delivery. I waited in for 2 days After being informed the tent had been dispatched before phoning to find out what the delay was, only to be told it was in store for collection. Poor service but great product
