Unfortunately I got rushed into hospital the day before we were due to collect repaired caravan, but the staff in After Sales couldn’t have nicer - nothing too much trouble and on collecting the van a week later, wished me well soon. Recommended caravan service Helene & Andrew Perry

United Kingdom | 05 March 2024We spent 14k on a caravan. It was driven to our permanent site in January, 3 month warranty, very funny. We have leaks.. 2 months in. My husband has just come back from there.. and been told its not covered due to the fact that the leak was a previous repair.. that they did.. 14k for a leaky van that was so say repaired by them and not covered under their warranty. Old family run company that cares?? You are having a laugh.. Will never step foot in the place again.. 1/4/24 So was contacted. Bent over backwards to help and oppolgise for their mistake. Took key down.. was going to be rectified.. we have called and called just get he's busy, no update. We have a leaking caravan.. no-one is coming back to us.. cone on guys... can you at least call us.. this isn't fair or professional. So upset right now. Bad company. I think they only called thinking I would delete this post... come on highbridge.. really.... please call us so we can sort this out 3/4/24 Finally, they have gone down to our van. Made a few repairs, fingers crossed no more leaks

United Kingdom | 20 January 2024I bought a new Swift Conqueror in 2022. The deal was good for us. However. The van was delivered with a list of many issues that needed to be put right. Some missing parts were couriered to us quite quickly which was good but when the van went back in for corrective work the standard of repair was very poor. Similarly the first annual service was very poor with work being missed in spite of clear instruction to service reception staff. Perhaps unwisely giving my poor experience I did also purchase a camper van last year. You kind of think they cannot be bad at service and pre delivery inspection all the time! But again some specific actions were not carried out prior to delivery. The sales staff are really pleasant and helpful but this is not backed up by a happy or helpful service department, who mostly seem very unhappy in their work. Nuts and bolts left loose in newly fitted roof rails. A non functioning interior light. Missing front trim. This on top of a new caravan without seal and in the shower. Loose screws, a persistent front locker fault that is still not fixed. All poor quality control and workshop inspection needing several 60 mile round trips by me. I wrote to the Managing Director clearly explaining my dissatisfaction and saying how things could be improved. Although I had a phone call from a senior member of the team in acknowledgement, I never received a formal reply in writing from the MD or any kind of follow up from anyone else which to me sums up the Highbridge attitude to customer satisfaction and care, if the top team can’t be bothered to follow through it’s not surprising the rest of the team are so lax in attitude and workmanship. Summary: My advice is to use them to get the deal you want on a new or used unit then go elsewhere for servicing to another better Swift dealer or Camper service provider. I actually got great advice and service from the original converter of my camper van even though I did not buy it from them, which just goes to show some companies can get it right.

United Kingdom | 23 November 2023I have used Highbridge on a couple of occasions to sell my Campervans for Cash, the service has been impeccable collecting my vans from South Wales with a cash transfer on the spot, in fairness they have taken the vehicles on trust without test drive and no haggling on price. Also have provided invaluable advice on purchases, big shout out to Jody.

United Kingdom | 31 October 2023Excellent service when buying the caravan. Very helpful and friendly. Problems arise if you have a problem. Damp problem found when van still under warranty, can't even be looked at for 3 months as they are 'at capacity'. No aftercare.
