We recently purchased a folding camper from Highbridge, David could not have been more helpful, getting us a great deal. Having taken delivery and a very thorough handover from Mike, off we went to try it out. Unfortunately we discovered immediately we had made a huge mistake and this style of camping was not for us. Disaster! We returned to Highbridge half expecting them to say hard luck, but absolutely not. The fantastic Kate worked her socks off finding us someone in authority we could talk to about returning the folding camper and exchanging it for a new caravan. James stepped up and offered us the very best possible deal and organised the purchase of the caravan we wanted. He made what could have been a very difficult transaction for us a pleasure. We are delighted with the excellent customer service shown to us by these members of staff and the general friendly atmosphere we have experienced at Highbridge Caravans and have no hesitation in recommending their sales and services.

Bought a 28k motorhome in december .they have bent over backwards to rectify problems i found with motorhome both before and after purchase . Would have been 5 stars but head of service is reluctant to return calls .All in all a very positive experience .despite having to find and highlight a few issues myself .

Ordered the mother in law xmas present just before Christmas and it arrived the next day, even before i arrived for Xmas. Started to assemble the day after and found piece missing, phoned them and blow me it was delivered the next day. Have put togother and looks great and she was amazed. Great present and easy to assemble. But can only fault one thing. Why did Santa not know about your company a year ago... Your staff have been excellent and will always recommend you to others who also could need your house products who may not be caravaners, even though we our. The steps have made her truly versatile and are very easy to use both on left and right. Once again, great service and cannot praise you enough for the service you give. Can you now start doing caravan parks which allow dogs as no car to travel and need a week in August for 4 people and dog at nice camp site in South England which will not cost me the earth. 😂 Once again thanks for excellent service Graham
