Hello, I am very pleased with the single hob hotplate it works very well,has temperature settings and a thermostat and i have had no trouble with it so far! the only issue I have is the build quality isn't the best in the world! a bit rough around the edges as if it has been put together in a hurry but for £12 what do you expect! it works very well heating up and cooking my dinner in my little studio flat!that's the main thing! The service from Highbridge caravans was excellent I sent an email and received a reply the same day! and once I decided to purchased the hot plate I received it much quicker than anticipated within 3 days.J Hobbs.

We were leaving for a holiday in our caravan on Friday and asked if we could have the item before we left. The steps turned up the next morning!!! Cannot fault the service of this company and will be buying from them again in future.

We bought a porch for our motorhome only to find we needed to buy pad poles separately. We were in middle of a 10 day touring holiday and needed poles for next stop over. Ordered poles on Tues and picked them up from home Thursday on way to next stop. Fantastic service.

First class service all around with one minor reservation. My wife and I love the Caravan we purchased, the price paid was reasonable as was the trade in deal. All the staff we have dealt with were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and as efficient as possible considering how rushed they are. In fact it is the hectic pace Highbridge Caravans work at, caused by their undoubted success and popularity that leads me to a single criticism. Their staff simply do not have the time to ensure their customers drive their new leisure vehicle away, 100% satisfied that they know how to operate everything on board and that every single item is in good working order. Not that this is a major setback, because if you do run into a few niggles like I did you can rest assured they will stand by their guarantee, they will put things right and if like me you live a distance away from Highbridge Caravans they may be able to arrange for a local firm to carry out the work of their behalf.
