Wonderful!! I LOVE my new radiators and I’m doing by bit to help the planet. The service from start to finish was excellent...admin, surveyor, plumber and fitters. My beautiful radiators are now part of the decor of my house rather than being an ugly necessity that needs covering up. The range of colours is extensive and very impressive. A bonus for me was being able to keep my gas boiler for hot water only, until I can find a suitable electric replacement. All in all, a VERY satisfied customer.

With their friendly and professional approach, from initial contact through to final testing, Sunflow made our transition from a conventional lpg central heating system,to their electric heaters so simple and pleasant. After a thorough survey and quotation, which we quickly accepted, their plumber removed radiators and pipework with the minimum of disruption and left everything clean and tidy. After giving us a week or so to repair and paint walls, the Sunflow installations team arrived to fit nine new slimline electric heaters, which look very neat and elegant. They did all the additional wiring and the fitting, in a day and a half, leaving no mess and coping with the peculiarities of our old cottage's walls and floors. We have yet to go through a winter, so cannot tell how efficient and economical the new heaters will be, but are confident that we shall have a warmer home and lower bills than in the previous 39 winters here. It seemed to us that everyone at Sunflow is proud of their company and its reputation, and that high standards of customer service really matter to them.

On 17 June Sunflow removed my gas central heating boiler and redundant piping and feeder tank. The work was carried out professionally and with minimum mess, given that access to the loft, first floor and under the ground floor was required. At my request I was given copies of the relevant safety certificates. On 1 July, leaving me some time to sort out the remaining pipework and remove what I could reach, Sunflow electricians returned to fit 8 new radiators and a timer for my electric immersion heater in my hot water tank. Again, the work was completed to a high professional standard, compliant with current wiring regulations and fully certificated. Sunflow staff went out of their way to minimise the inevitable disruption and to tailor the work to our requirements. Unfortunately it was not possible to fit radiator towel rails to the latest variety of radiator, but otherwise every thing went very well. So far everything works as intended - the winter will allow us to check on cost and ease of adjustment, but as a retired scientist I have been most impressed with the quality and service provided.

We had 3 Sunflow radiators fitted in 2018 to replace 3 so called new generation heaters, from another manufacturer, fitted in 2017. The latter caused our all electric heating bill to soar. Since replacing them with Sunflow our bill has reduced considerably. Later this year we will probably have a coloured bespoke radiator fitted. We like being able to set each radiator to our required temperature

What a joy it is to meet a thoroughly professional company to help you through the difficult decisions of changing your central heating system. The whole process of changing from night storage radiators to Sunflow heaters really could not have been easier. Following my original email enquiry at 0300 one morning. Dawn in the Sunflow marketing team tried to call me three times before 1000 the next day. Unfortunately I was in an area with no mobile reception. When we spoke later that day she answered all of my questions and completey put my mind at rest about the Sunflow product, the technology and most importantly the economics of switching from night storage radiators to Sunflow heaters. I arranged a technical visit to look at the detail of what we needed and to get a quote for the Sunflow installation. Stephan the estimating engineer, had all the patience in the world as we went over the technology, the detail of changing power supplies and supply contracts. After some discussion we agreed the specification for the supply and installation of the new heaters and received a quotation. We paid the deposit and agreed an installation date with Alan at the Sunflow office. The two installation engineers Rob and Josh undertook the removal of the old radiators and the new installation. This is potentially a messy job. however They left our house even cleaner than when they arrived and even removed one night storage radiator which was not going to be replaced. We changed our minds during the installation about one radiator chasing to go for a smaller unit. The corresponding reduced price for the unit was agreed on the spot. Rob and Josh returned 48 hours later to fit the last heater at no additional cost to us. The whole job really could not have been easier or more stress free right from the first contact to the final installation. Well done Sunflow! What a charming and thoroughly professional company. It has been a real pleasure to deal with them.

We have nothing but praise for Sunflow. They removed our old hot water system over two days with minimum disruption and within two weeks had rewired the house and installed electric heaters in all rooms. The two fitters were efficient and pleasant to have around and left the house cleaner than I thought would be possible.The heaters are efficient and the controls easy to operate and adjust if necessary resulting in the house being warmer than any winter I can remember. Many thanks to an efficient British company.

A quick note to say that we are delighted with our new radiators that were fitted today. The look and quality is first class. Most of all is the excellent service we have received from you company. Starting with Marty who surveyed the property and then the service from your office staff. Most of all is the fantastic service from Martin and Gary, your fitters. They were very courteous and did an excellent install. They tidied up as they went along and you wouldn’t know they had been working here. They explained the workings clearly and were a pleasure to have in the building. When we first looked into new heaters we did our investigations and were recommended to your product by a friend-definitely made the right choice. I cannot believe the negative feedback you get and can only think the reports are vindictive in the main. We would certainly recommend your company in the future. Many thanks for such an excellent product and service.

Have had Sunflow installed since October 18, thought I’d see how they performed over the winter months. Well what can I say apart from “Great”. From the beginning had a really good experience, installation went without a hitch and the team was excellent (with NO mess). Heaters let off so much heat, my GCH couldn’t touch them! Really impressed.

Started gathering information and prices for alternative heating systems last year. Had a few companies around and some German companies were very expensive and pushy. Thought I’d do “British”, so had Sunflow Ltd to survey and quote (admittedly apprehensive). However, the surveyor was very efficient and gave me a great “no pressure” demonstration and very reasonable price, compared to their competitors. It has been a very professional and smooth experience to date. Installation was convenient (I picked a date) and hassle free, with the team doing a great job and cleaned up as well! I’ve only had these installed for 2 months so only caught the tail end of the cold weather, but so far so good (will review again in December?) and seem to work very well. Thank you Sunflow.

We needed a new heating system in our Devon apartment. We live near Manchester. After attempting to get quotes from a couple of other companies, who obviously saw Devon as the edge of the world, we were delighted with Sunflow, who were keen and interested in what we needed. Our telephone conversations suggested a small caring company who always had our interests at heart. Obviously each visit by them meant a 300 mile trip for us and appointments were perfectly on time. The rep. who calculated our individual room needs and radiator positions was caring, friendly, obviously highly skilled and knowledgeable; answering all queries in detail, with concise diagrams showing how everything worked. The fitters were bang on time, friendly and incredibly tidy as, when we returned from the beach, the apartment was spotless, old radiators removed and replaced by sparkling new units which are very efficient and easy to use and at a very reasonable price. Would I recommend Sunflow to anyone? You Bet!

The words rude, incompetent and dishonest cover my treatment in the hands of Sunflow. The heaters were rubbish and one radiator took 24 hours to attain goal temperature. However my credit card company got me a full refund for my credit card deposit payment because they'd fortunately forgotten to have me sign a contract. Would you believe it. I find myself now landed with a half price central heating system - any offers? I thought not! Avoid at all costs!

Having had to contact this company to try to get them to honour a guarantee on one of their heaters, I would strongly advise not using them. Having the heater fail a PAT test their response was "We can't send an engineer out Willy Nilly". They offered to send an engineer when they were in the area, two months later nothing heard from them. Appalling after sales.

Now have a total of seven Sunflow heaters in the new home. So far , one of the complaints I have is the language, photos and instructions on the operational booklets is unclear and a bit too complex. The typeface is too small to read comfortably. AND...the same applies to the thermostatic wall control images. TOO DANGED SMALL to read and use with ease. BUT...the two gentlemen who came to install the new bathroom heater today gave us a tutorial in operating the controls in a more efficient and economical manner. They did so with great patience and clarity. KUDOS Gents!

I had Sunflow heaters installed throughout my cottage in September 2017. The bathroom heater has never reached temperature and the electricity bill has rocketed. In January I spoke to the company, emailed them pictures of the heater and room and they agreed to replace the heater. I was told that this should be done between 2 and 4 weeks. In February I ‘phoned again. ‘Just need a fitter in your area’. In March I called once again. ‘Really sorry. Customer service is important to us’. My elderly mother lives in the cottage and has been forced to feed an electric heater into the bathroom because the room is so cold. Decided on using Sunflow originally because I thought it was a trusted company. The cost of installation was considerable, but it seems that now the company has my money, they are not interested in resolving the problem. **UPDATE** since posting this review the company have contacted me and replaced the heater. The weather has been mild of late, but I'm hoping it will make a big difference. It's such a pity that it took so long to resolve the issue.

Sunflow refused to accept cancellation of major order (within 14 days) after I was advised by a heating engineer that the proposed package might be inadequate. Reluctantly returned £500 of £2400 (approx) deposit on grounds that my heater order (standard sizes and colours) was "bespoke". Refused to budge. Eventually forced to refund balance of deposit (plus £50, plus apology for misleading me about my consumer rights in correspondence) by Consumer Ombudsman, who dismissed "bespoke" argument. The company was consistently non-customer-friendly and rude throughout and are not nice people to do business with. Can't comment of the efficacy of the heaters for obvious reasons!

Following on from my last review Sunflowltd have now fixed the radiators that failed the PAT test, finally excepting it wasn't some cowboy electrician that cut off the plugs but a highly qualified one. It took two more visits and endless phone calls to get them to do it. The radiators are excellent clean and efficient and I would recommend this type of central heating, but the customer service.......

I had been really pleased with my Sunflow radiators until I had a PAT test done . 2 failed the test and the electrician cut off their plugs as he is legally required. Now Sunflow say their contract had been broken and they won't repair them. I think this is outrageous. They wouldn't have failed the test if they had been safe.
