Apparently they have gone bust. The product was good but it looks like they were unable to carry on. I was expecting a promised repair/replacement under warranty but when nobody turned up for an appointment I made months before I had to do some digging to find out what was happening. I can only deduct that they have gone out of business no doubt leaving upset customers behind. Their website has now disappeared.

Really don’t know what to do! I had a heater installed last year that was making the walls and ceiling go back. Sunflow admitted there was a fault and took it away and they said they was going to replace it. The install date was cancelled and no one is responding to emails or phone calls. I don’t have a lot of money and only chose this company because it was Which recommended and had a long guarantee. I now have no heater!!! Please help

I have had a long running problem with Sunflow which appeared to be reaching resolution on 21 May with the promised return of one of my radiators. This did not happen, no call to say they had a delivery problem. Calls to the company over the past few weeks were answered by a message that everyone was busy. Today the message was Sunflow was not taking calls from my location! I asked some family to call from other locations, message was the same. This is a Company which sold systems with a long guarantee period, this gives rise to the question as to how this is to be honoured apart from the problem of return of my radiator.

Had three new radiators installed in March, living room and hallway were to be the same size, however the hallway is a tiny radiator not up to the job. Contacted them only to find the sales man I dealt with has left, have been going back and forth since march with them, all I wanted was the hall radiator to be replaced with the size I asked for, I've been offered a 4th radiator at a hefty price, a replacement which would be the biggest they have at an even heftier price. Never once actually offered what I want. Seemed more interested in getting as much cash as possible. Now I've come on here and found they no longer exist!! Happy days eh! No idea what to do now!

We have had the Sunflow system installed for 3 years now (7 radiators) so I think I can give a fair assessment. I can honestly say they are a great investment. Pros: 1- We have the WiFi system which allows remote control. You do have to pay for the WiFi enabled thermostats but again they’re a fantastic investment. We predominantly use the remote access and found it especially useful for our nursery room. 2- The intelligent system heats the room and shuts down when the room reaches the desired temp. This will undoubtedly save energy in the long run. 3- Customer service is excellent. We had one minor issue with the connection (not the radiator itself) in one radiator which was fixed immediately. They’re always professional and helpful. Cons: 1- Not much to say. The only issue we found was with the top panels which are just fitted on top, not screwed on. The change in shape of the metal as it heats can cause clanging sounds when you first turn them on in the colder months, but this settles down. The newer versions may be screwed on so check with Sunflow. Overall, a very smart and intuitive system, which is easy to operate and keeps your home at the right temperature. I would 100% recommend Sunflow.

The recent comments on here from desperate competitor companies trying to jump in and sell their products under a pretence of “helping out”. Well done, you’ve made yourselves look pathetic and shown any potential customer your true ethics. A small business struggles and is forced to close and this is your reaction, even pretending to be working with the administrators! Not much “Trust” there. We all now know who NOT to use.

Update. I emailed and one of the Directors responded and we hope to be able to resolve the issue Director responded and has passed my details to the receiver/administrator who have now contacted me. Now all resolved hopefully. We purchased 6 radiators in October last year. Within a couple of days we reported a loud banging noise like a gun shot as the rads heated up and cooled down. They advised it was temporary and to see if it settled down in a few months. In January we contacted them again and they agreed to send someone out. He attended and said not happened anywhere else, but suspected it’s an issue with paint. 1st March some units removed and taken back to head office. 18th May we’re supposed to attend to replace, didn’t arrive, no call to advise, no one answering calls or emails now. Suspect they have shut down.

Paid deposit was due to be installed this week had email to say installation cancelled with no explanation. Can not get hold of anyone on phone Emailed Sales Guy that came out to us and it bounced back, Emailed customer support no response. Getting increasingly concerned and frustrated as we paid a big deposit not sure what on earth is going on with them - avoid!!! I can see others on here that are having same issue… ?? It’s very worrying. If they do respond I will gladly change my review.

Appalingly bad. I'm supposed to have an installation soon. Nothing from them. No means to contact them (phone apparently always busy). They do not reply to e-mails. The company is a fraud. DO NOT USE!!!

I've paid the deposit and been trying to call them to book an installation. I have been trying to contact them since 8 May, no one picked up the phone, no one replied to my emails! Update 21 May: I posted a complaint letter by signed-for delivery and the letter was delivered. Apparently they still exist and are hiding under the desk! Update 22 May: I received a letter from the insolvency practitioner who’s responsible for winding up this company. This company is insolvent. If you are owed money by this company, you should respond to the letter by the stated deadline to register your claim.

Initially, I was rather impressed with their service, but as soon as you encounter a problem, it's like they don't care anymore. One of the radiators that they've installed has a defect which they believed was a fault caused by myself, claiming that i had either covered the radiator or removed it of the wall, which i have not. It took them 5-6 weeks to finally agree to install a replacement cover, but am still waiting for this to be done. They gave me one date which we couldn't do because we weren't at the property. but they didn't have any alternative dates to provide and am still waiting for them to provide me with some new dates. It's been over 2 months now and i can't see this being resolved anytime soon. I would not recommend!!!

The price was reasonable, the installers arrived on time and were efficient and polite, as had been the original representative who explained everything to me, and who led me to choose Sunflow in the first instance. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption, and any mess was cleared by the installers. I had a whole new system put into my flat, and the work was carried out in one and a half days, which I think was very quick, and about which I was very pleased. I had cause to call sunflow, as I had a question. The Customer Service officer was most helpful, and rang me a couple of days later to check if everything was going to plan. So, good service all round.

Guys came in today to remove the 'wet' system and solid state supposed to be going in tomorrow. However I have had to turn water off as it is pouring thru my smoke detector and about a square meter of wall and some ceiling is sodden . Company attitude - we didn't put it in so it's nothing to do with us. However they were supposed to leave me with a safe water system for bath,etc.

We had decided to "go green" and get rid of our Gas Central Heating and changeover to fully electric radiators. Sunflow carried out a full survey and listened to what we wanted and what we needed the Radiators and Water Heater to do. The Engineers who removed all of the old gas central heating and installed all the new equipment were polite, very competent and very adaptable (we live in a Victorian terraced house and they had to "adapt" when wiring in the radiators!). The work was all completed in the time quoted and we have had no problems in using the radiators but bear in mind electric radiators do seem to cost more to run. Look forward to the years to come!

Sunflow were great, within two weeks we had short and informative 1-2-1 with the salesperson who answered all our questions to installation. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and professional. And there was great communication every step of the way. I would highly recommend talking to Sunflow when looking to upgrade your heating system.

The radiators give out a lot of heat and changed my house. I was not expecting them to be so good! They were installed in two hours. I didn't have to wait long for delivery, either. The customer service was good. They answered my questions and were honest. I would recommend the firm and the radiators to anyone who wants programmable, state-of-the art, electric central heating.

Very good experience from the start. The brochure was extremely helpful and informative, and the designs contemporary. Contact with Sunflow was easy and it was great to have a personal visit to discuss our needs, especially when we live in a fairly inaccessible area. Instructions prior to fitting were clear and the fitting day went incredibly smoothly. The thermostats were well explained by experienced and knowledgeable fitters. We also received a follow up call, making sure we were satisfied with the fitting. Our new Sunflow heaters look great and are already saving us money as they’re so much more efficient than our old ones. They’re compatible with solar panels too, so we’re future proofing too. Thoroughly recommend Sunflow.

From survey to installation, I couldn't have wished to deal with such an impressive Company and the end result has been remarkable. I had night storage heaters removed & Sunflow radiators fitted in their place & the energy savings have been significant.

Great company to deal with, and would highly recommend, from an initial telephone call with Cassie who was super helpful and knowledgeable to dealing with the consultant on the day, he was not pushy like some of the others I had seen, he measured up and gave me honest advice rather than try to sell their products. The installers did a stellar job with installing my radiators and hot water system, and even cleaned up after themselves. Overall I am really happy with the system, my bills are cheaper, and my house is warmer! I was hesitant to contact Sunflow initially because of some of the negative reviews, but I am so glad I did because their service and product have been excellent which is why I chose Sunflow, Before dealing with Sunflow I had dealt with a German company who were really pushy so it was such a relief to deal with a company that were genuinely interested in my needs as opposed to selling me something I didn't need. I would recommend that before considering other companies look at Sunflow because like me you will find them a breath of fresh air and of course, it's good to be supporting a British company.

Very dissapointed with overall experience from Sunflow. Orderered two radiators which did arrive on due date but while small radiator was wrapped in bubblewrap the main radiator came in a box which was damaged so decided to open box to check only to find the it was damaged. Contacted Sunflow and 7/10 days later the replacement arrived. So went to fit rads last night and when opening the bubble wrap from the smaller radiator I found the top grill had been damaged in transit ( same as the main radiator) Fortunately I could still install radiator as it was only top panel that was damaged. When installed I could not get radiators to fire up and spent the next few hrs convincing myself that it was something I was doing wrong, switched them off then on, tried resetting (many times) and just when we were giving up, decided to try replacement batteries.... Soon as the new batteries were fitted.. Boom! Worked no problem in both the radiators. Phone Sunflow to vent my frustration AT EVERYTHING and all I got was 'I'll pass that information on' Regards the top part that's damaged I've just turned it round so's not to see dent, but the point is I got no satisfactory feedback from Sunflow at point of phone call, just 'I'll pass that information on' Very VERY dissapointed on my overall experience considering I'd spent just short of £3000 on two radiators. 😢
