Worlds best after sale customer service Do not expect any help with returning an item that you buy off of them . Ordered a product from them opened the box and saw a broken part inside that rendered the product un use-able. 14 emails and 2 phone calls later and still no help whatsoever. . Finally they shipped me a replacement and when I opened the box found half of the parts were missing they told me to package it up and drive to a Dicom shipping office and arrange to ship it back to them. They then sent me a third product that was complete

I am extremely satisfied with service I received from this company. I received a conformation on my order however on the conformation it did not indicate an eta on the delivery so I called and spoke to a Mr. Anthony Tran. He told me he would look into it and call me back. The following day I received both an email and call and talked with Mr. Tran who informed me that the item would not arrive until September. Mr. Tran took it upon himself to investigate another option that would better my delivery, explaining to me by cancelling the order and reordering he could have the item shipped from another location which would improve me eta substantuly. One day later Mr. Tran emailed me to let me know that my order has been shipped. Thank you to Mr. Tran for all the care you took to assist me with this matter. I would definitely order from this company again.

très bon service, les livraisons difficiles les dernières semaines!

plusieurs semaines et rien d'arrivé. aucun suivi. aucun remboursement comme mentionné de leur part, ce qui m'indique du vol. à vous de faire votre opinion, mais moi c’est la dernière fois probablement. commander de chine est plus rapide et c’est sérieux!

2 Mois de retard. Aucun suivi. Aucun agrément. Insatisfaction à son comble. Perte de temps et d'argent. Aucune chance que je commande à nouveau.
