Canada | 14 July 2021Terrible experience! Classic bait and switch. I ordered harnesses based on photo's on their site. Waited 6 weeks to get something completely different. Emailed them pictures and they admitted that it was wrong. Sent me a quote for the pictured item. Price increased by 40%!! They would not give me any discount for the mistake and continued delay. Then sent me the wrong information to ship the wrong harnesses back. CS rep let slip that their call centre is super busy handling all the issues. Beware of these guys... UPDATE: I was told someone would contact me regarding by experience shortly... That was 2 weeks ago. What a laughable company. At this point I just hope I don't get scammed out of my refund on the returned harnesses. UPDATE 2: Laura from Tenaquip called me and was able to provide me with an offer to help make up for the experience. She was very apologetic and helpful. Unfortunately, we have decided to move ahead with a competitor.

Canada | 06 July 2021There were a few minor issues with my order, but nothing which was not resolved in a friendly manner. First, the pumps advertised on the web site were not available and it was necessary to choose a substitute (which appears to perform well). Second, the pumps were not shipped to the address stipulated and we were obliged to courier them to the correct location. Third, one of the pumps would not run due to a misallignment issue. I requested permission from the local manager to attempt to correct the problem. The manager agreed and I was able to successfully repair it.
