Email replies are rather late. 1 or 2 days. Once the ETA is delayed 1 month and it was not informed me. I checked my account closely and found it out.

Disappointed with returns, not only did I have to pay the shipping myself, I also had to pay a restocking fee. Any company I currently deal with has long rid of these antiquated policies. Thanks for your follow up to this issue and rectifying my concerns.
