I purchased this hand eel from Tenaquip. It worked fine the first time I used the unit. When I went to use it several weeks later, the cable was jammed in the guide rollers from what appeared to be light corrosion and it snapped the fixed cable mount (plastic) snapped when I tried to use it. I tried to contact Ridgid since it is suppose to have a lifetime warranty and did not get a reply. How much time do you waste chasing something like this down?
