Focus Camera was the only outlet that had the Sony A1 in stock. I have to admit that I was a little worried to spend that much money since I never heard of the company before, but FC did not price gouge when other companies may have with such an in-demand and currently hard-to-find item. In fact, FC's price matched that of the stores I usually deal with for camera equipment. The camera came as advertised and delivery was quick.

This is a pretty worthless company. I paid $80 for a pair of Ray Bans as a gift. What I received from Focus Camera were a pair of persols in a Ray Ban box that was beat up with a sticker that said persol on it. Also more writing in sharpie on the box of other product numbers. I immediately reached out to Focus Camera and told them they sent the wrong glasses and included pictures of the box and glasses they sent me. They provided me a return label. Once they received their glasses back, they gave me the run around for a week, wasting my time having to do 2 different customer support chats. Then they sent me an email after ignoring me in the 3rd support chat, stating that THEY received the wrong glasses back and wouldn’t be issuing a refund. Do not waste a cent with this company. They have no idea what they are doing. Now I am out $80 for literally nothing but a headache as I don’t even have the wrong glasses they sent anymore

I only took away a star because this review is based on my “experience” and I had paid for one day shipping on a Wednesday, but did not receive it until the following Sunday.
