United States | 14 May 2021Focus camera is a crap company. I bought a water heater for camping from them.... it cost dang near $400. It had a bunch of issues. I couldn't get them to help me, so I called the manufacturer. They let me know that the serial number on my water heater was a model that was 3+ years old. Focus camera charged me max price for something they were trying to clear off their shelves that they knew had issues. They wouldn't post my reveiw to warn other consumers. So, don't go to them, they are looking to get you next.

The supposed 2 day free shipping was 2 days late from New York to California, but everything was perfectly brand new. I plugged it all in and it all works as beautifully as expected for what I bought. No complaints here!!

United States | 23 April 2021I ordered two bluetooth headsets and the one was perfect. The sound is great, it works awesome and we love them. The second set would never sync. We tried everything and they won't go into pairing mode. Focus Camera was awful! Three ignored emails then I went to Paypal. Then, of course they responded but only with a mailing label and a note that it had to have "original packaging". I explained that when one set worked we thought it was us and I tossed all the packaging. They wouldn't even talk to me after that. This all happened two weeks from original order and a week after receiving them. Still no help! Awful customer service!

United States | 11 April 2021Best bundle online for the Sigma 150-600 camera with Sony e mount adaptor. I wish I could have chose my currier because FedEx was late again. But I won't fault them. I love this lens. The packaging was very secure and everything was pristine. I bought the new leaf warranty through them too. I would buy from them again because they shipped my product very quickly and it came as described.

United States | 16 January 2021Honestly, I am astonished by how many bad reviews this company has bc I have had nothing but excellent, quick, and easy service. I purchased a pair of Samsung Galaxy earbuds (LOVE THEM BTW) and unfortunately received an empty package. I sent an email to their customer service to explain the situation. A replacement pair was delivered about a week later. Well, it turns out, the original item was somehow, dropped in my yard during delivery. My landscaper found them, placed them in my mailbox, with a note. Today, I wrote to them to let them know and asked how to forward payment for the extra pair. I was told, not to worry about any additional cost, and they yet again apologized for the disservice. hmmm seems like all A's to me.

They were good at the exchange and finally the credit but they certainly were not interested in getting me the correct product.

While it is not their fault that the USPS did not deliver the package, it IS their fault that the situation was handled so horribly. I requested a refund after the USPS lost track of it for over a week, in keeping with Amazon's guidelines. The seller said, on the phone, and in writing, that he had processed the refund, and that I could expect it in 3-5 business days. After two weeks had passed, I inquired about the status of the refund. He told me the item was on the way. The refund was never processed. My package has been looping between NJ and MA and disappearing for weeks at a time. I don't live in either of these states. I don't expect to ever receive the package. Amazon had to issue a refund, more than 2 weeks after I requested it, because the seller simply wanted the money, regardless of if, or when, I actually got my package, and wouldn't issue the refund that I was promised. Lying to keep my money is unacceptable. My trust in this company is destroyed. I will never buy anything from them again.

United States | 24 December 2020I purchased a Fuji Q4 turbine spray system to replace my old Devilbiss gun and I feel like such a fool for struggling all these years to apply high viscosity paints. Shipping was excellent and the product is top notch. My first project with the gun was spraying rust oleum hammered paint to some machinery. the paint came out fast with the 1.8 tip and did not sputter when I tipped the gun. No thinning was required and atomization was good. I figure about 1 million less trigger pulls over the life of the gun. that should leave me more time for counting money.

I contacted customer service and they informed me the order had been cancelled due to no availability. Pretty poor communication from this company.

The item came very well packaged new in the sealed box and in perfect condition and works perfectly. Each time I called the customer service was courteous professional and helpful and answered all my questions about the product i ordered. Great deal ... great product ... excellent customer service. I would highly recommend ordering from them and im sure i will be again in the future.

Now that I have, I have made some research online it seems like FC is used to doing this to customer, so either you guys are scamming people or Im not sure. I have been talking to this young man who has been nice, yet has made me feel like its my fault . the first thing I was told last friday when I called was please send photos of everything. I did that right away. Now I keep being told you need 24 hours then you need another 24-40 hours again. Then I keep being told the camera was in the box??? When it wasn't , not to mention the bag had some defects and also there was an item that was switch with another item which I chose not to make a big deal about it. At first I just wanted my camera sent, but since I started to see that you guys didnt not want to really help a customer (rule #1 the customer is always right) I decided that I no longer wanted to continue my business with FC. Instead I just want to resolves this and would like a shipping label so I can send back the few items I receive. If my card gets charge I will take legal action against your company because it seems like this has been done to a lot of customers lately . I need this matter resolved as soon as possible. It shouldn't take more than a week to figure out what happen to a camera that wasn't shipped to my home, either you guys sent the wrong box, forgot to put the item inside the box, or I would hate to accused someone of stealing and scamming me for $949.00, which is pretty pathetic & sad. God knows all things. Just be aware when ordering from FC..what a disturbing experience.. This has never happen :(
