With a scheduled tariff renewal coming up GoTo gave us plenty of notice, clear written comparisons and called to check we had all the info we needed. I reviewed prices on the open market and found GoTo were still competitive, so renewed for another year, by phone. My call was answered quickly and after a couple of quick extra questions the whole thing was sorted within minutes. Written confirmation came through minutes later. GoTo are easy to deal with and that makes my life easier.

I change my energy provider every year but have decided this year to stay with goto.energy. I spoke to Annie from the call centre who was exceptionally helpful & informative giving me the current comparisons from other energy providers... saving me a lot of time. Goto were the better option & cheapest ! Thank you Annie for your help! A very happy customer

Having been with this co 12months feel their customer service is good and Friendly and accessible. Seem to follow usage very closely increasing debit Well ahead of time thus customer is almost always in credit but don’t show same urgency to reduce back down again in change from winter to summer, thus customer ends well in credit. Did have courtesy to contact me by Email and phone with competitive quote for next cycle or year

Friendly and helpful customer service and quick answering the phone! We also like Goto’s ‘green’ philosophy. So far, so good! Further review (Nov 2021) What a shame this great company has fallen like so many others. SHELL ENERGY - you have a lot to live up to!!

Goto are the best energy provider I have ever used.Very competitive pricing, easy to provide monthly meter readings on your mobile app or PC - or simply phone it in to speak to very helpful pleasant staff. Excellent AJ Glasgow.

Inflation has already started to grip! Goto Energy is one of the better bets to keep gas and electricity increases at a minimum. Good luck EveryBody!

We were on a variable tariff and was quite expensive, so we looked to having a fixed tariff for the year, the lady was very helpful, also explained that if they notice we aren’t using as much due to no longer working from home then the direct debt would be revisited…Great service
