Recently I noticed started increasing but had no emails from look after my bills but goto sent me few emails then called me this morning to advise can get better tariff for me the lady was very friendly and lovely and she changed and done all in less than 5 mins which is easy for me so thank you for contacting me and no thankyou to look after my bills cheers

They have an easy to find phone number and it is easy to talk to a helpful human which is so much better than a lot of other larger companies! And they are quick to answer the phone, no long winded automated rubbish with distorted hold music. Well done Goto!
