I have had issues with my emails ongoing the staff from Geeks2U have been very helpful at all times. The online service had been punctual, patient and informative. I have used their online service which has been great value for the fee I paid - try it it's great!!!

Computer technician (Rod) that I've been given in the past is excellent and knows my computer set up but it feels like a tedious process to make contact with that technician through the booking process. Service provided is charged as the full hour regardless of the small portion of time allocated to the job (on this occasion barely 10 mins). Technician will alert customer through the booking/admin staff if they are running late and time frame for estimated arrival is very accurate, which is always appreciated.

Appalling. I was told to take my desktop to a repair shop by the technician as he didn't have the tools to fix it. I was still charged the full amount for the visit. Now in conclusion, I have paid in full with still a broken desktop and looking up computer repair shops on Google to take my desktop to. Management team totally disregarded my claim and it's not fair to charge me full amount when absolutely nothing has been done to fix my desktop.

I always ask for IT help from Geek 2 U I have peace of mind every time they help with my computer problems, such lovely people too!
