Rodrigo is a brilliant tech and a fabulous human. He explained in layman’s terms what was wrong with my laptop and quickly fixed and improved it. Geeks2U rates are competitive. Seriously? Whatever happened to turning up for a job promptly? Finally got a call some time later saying technician had called in sick. I had rescheduled my busy work schedule to make time for this appointment. Office person offered to reschedule appointment in 3 days time. I declined as I now think of this business as unreliable.

We had several issues getting the Smart TV coordinating with the iMac and Sonos system and it was resolved. They also now offer a yearly service subscription that reduces the cost of visits and gives us unlimited phone support.
