Ordered a MTB tyre 4th January 2025. The tyre was not in stock which was not stated when ordered. Contacted the shop 6 times after 3weeks of waiting with no feedback after every call despite being promised each time an update call. I am then told that the tyre was lost in transit!! We then agreed that I would be sent an alternate tyre which finally arrived on the 3rd February 2025. Will never use this supplier again despite their very competitive pricing.

Used twice now and both occasions they have been very good. I've been buying fork service kits - prices are generally very good. The only negative is the search function on the website isn't the best. They need more filters and a more accurate search - trying to find a specific RS service kit when they are all very similar took ages!
