I have bought online and in store. My son lives near Gretna Outlet Village where there’s a store so I always pop in when I’m visiting him. When I was in 6 weeks ago I tried to get Lemongrass & Ginger Premium Reed Diffuser but they were sold out. It’s they’re most popular scent, it just gorgeous. I bought 3 of their candles of same scent instead and as always at this time of the year in store they have AMAZING Christmas decorations which I have bought many over the years. So very reasonably priced too, so had to bag a few decs too :D When I couldnt get the Reed diffuser in the scent I wanted instore, I went online and ordered three of them so that will do me for a while. Love this store, great prices, fun items, great online service, can’t wait for my next visit

Gift box from inside was ripped, it was a gift for someone, i didn't have enough time to go and get it change in the shop. Should have checked properly before sending it out for delivery.

I love the scents of the reed diffusers however the service is once again poor. I said I’d not use them again online as they took my money and didn’t send the items last time. Foolishly I thought I’d give them another chance. A week later the money is out of my account and my order is still pending, will it buy online again for definite this time

I was very happy with my products unfortunately they had been taped together before being wrapped up so when I tried to remove the tape it tore the boxes and they were all bought as Christmas gifts but now the boxes are all damaged so can’t use them for gifts

The order was delivered very quickly, unfortunately part of it was broken. On contacting the gift company, they immediately sent a replacement. I would definitely order from them again. The gift was of excellent quality.
