Perfect, as expected

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Gift Company online after receiving a diffuser as a gift. I must say the diffusers are absolutely amazing, they are huge and the scents are really strong!! They are affordable, look luxurious in the home and the packaging has a luxurious look and feel if you’d like to gift them. I have also tried the candles they are slightly smaller than expected, however again they look amazing and burn great with a lovely scent. I will be placing a third order just waiting for the website to be re-stocked and another one will be going in! I can’t fault Becci’s customer service, had an issue with my second order and it was rectified quickly. The only thing I would mention would be delivery as it took a week to dispatch my items and there was no email confirmation to say these had been dispatched apart from a text to say the delivery was out with a time slot with the same day to be delivered. I’m a very happy customer and I am delighted with my items I have purchased they have exceeded my expectations especially for the price. I just can’t wait to purchase more! My home smells amazing!!

Beautiful scents. Packaging let it down. The black orchid bottle had leaked which was a shame. Stopper is not sturdy. The peony blush is a lovely scent which fragrances the whole room.

Very pleased with items, I had seen them in store but had too much to carry at the time. Therefore I decided to order online.

I love the reed defusers and this will be my 3rd order, however unlike my past orders I am still waiting for my products 14 days on.

Goods arrived ok . But no response when I inquired about delivery.

It took a few days for the company to, respond after I'd reported that an item from my order was missing and another damaged. But they have now been in touch and are sending out the missing item and replacing the broken one in a weeks time.

I visited Trentham Gardens and was delighted at the range of items in the Gift Company. I purchased some diffusers and gave one to a friend on her birthday. She was delighted and said the scent was lovely. I then looked at the Gift Company on line and ordered a selection of items. It was quick and easy to order and delivery came through in just two days. Fantastic. I was well pleased.

Ordering was simple and my order arrived within a couple of days. The clock was well packaged. However, the hands on the clock needed constant adjustment. The minutes hand kept dropping and in the end I had to bend the metal hands to stop it happening⁸. Love the clock but very disappointed with bad design so can't really recommend. EDIT following this review I was contacted by the company and sent a new clock f.o.c. Very impressed with the customer service and the new clock is fine. Therefore I am happy to recommend.
